With green i try to find what’s closer to coral in my collection.
For purple, it changes… if I do full purple i’ll wear either a dark plum or my MAC Violetta lipstick for a “crazier” look.
And for blue, I really like to use pink with it, especially MAC Big Bow (LE from Hello Kitty collection). It always shows its blue reflects and i find this lovely. 🙂
Green: I’d probably wear a very sheer gloss so the lips look nice, but don’t outshine.
Purple: Pinks and mauves in cool tones.
Blue: I don’t know…I almost never wear blue…in fact I can’t remember the last time I wore blue shadow.

My lips are naturally cherry red so I have to tone them down a lot when wearing anything other than neutrals.
Green: coral, usually, or bronze-y nude – occasionally a clear pink for a bright look

Blue: nude, if I can find one to cover my pigmented lips convincingly 😛 or a cool pink

I pick lip color more based on the intensity of my eyeshadow rather than the color. So if I’m wearing a dramatic blue eye look, I’ll choose a subtle coral or nude, but if I’m wearing green just in my crease, for instance, I may wear some purple lipstick.
Green – a nude lip, or if it’s a darker foresty green, I might wear a soft pink!
Purple – nude or a muted orange!
Blue – once again, something nude 🙂

With a green eye I usually wear a yellow-based pink lip or a nude/brown lip, depending on the hue of green.
With purple eyes I absolutely LOVE coral lips- the colors really complement each other well.
And With blue eyes I generally go for a bright blue-based pink lip or a light neutral pink lip- my favorite is Angel by MAC to pair with navy blue frosted lids.

I would do a nude lip with all three. I only like a “color” on one feature at a time. Is that weird?
I pretty much wear the same lip colours almost all the time – shades like MAC’s Craving, Plumful or Laugh a Lot (deep rose/pink shades) or sort of browned reds like Clarin’s Redwood. Mind you, I don’t think I’ve ever done a totally green, blue or purple eye – they’re always blended with other shades that are either neutral or light.

Because for quite a few years now I’ve prefered my eyeshadow collection to have different colors but darker, jewel-toned or murkier colors for the ever fabulous smoky eyes, I have usually worn a nude liptick and sometimes nude gloss with all three of those colors.
Lipstick that goes with:
Green eyeshadow? Usually something slightly coral. Maybe Chanel’s “Confidentielle” LipStick.
Purple eyeshadow? Deep mauve, faint pink or a magenta type shade. Maybe NARS “Downtown” Gloss or NARS “Chihuahua” Gloss. Also Dior’s Addict “881/Fashion Week,” LipStick…that is such a fabulous color!!
Blue eyeshadow? HAHA, honestly…I go for it all the way w/ a bright pink gloss. Usually Chanel’s “Pink Teaser” Glossimer.

Purple: again, nudes or peaches and corals
Blue: pinks, berries or reds – anything except nudes, unless there’s a good mix of gray and then I’d still rather use peaches. The deal with blues, I find, is that you need something that can match intensity.
