I clean my brushes every Sunday. I use Dr. Bronner’s liquid castille soap baby formula for usual cleanings, and the tea tree formula if they are unusually dirty. I keep them in 2 pencil cups.
I normally clean my brushes once a week, face brushes every couple days. I use Dr. Bronner’s Tea Tree Castille Liquid Soap. I store my brushes in a kitchen utensil holder.
• How often do you clean your brushes?: I clean the brushes I use for eyes after each use, everyday I make up. It only takes 2 minutes to do – it’s a routine I never forget. My face brushes are cleaned up every 3 days.
• What do you clean them with?: The good old Marseille soap for eye brushes, regular shampoo for my face brushes.
• Where do you store your brushes?: In a cute little red flower pot in my bedroom. It’s not painted, just the rough matte matter decorated with flowers in relief. Its shape looks ancien, it’s been broken and repaired. I love it. It’s the perfect size and shape for my brushes.
1. I clean my brushes after few times I use them. I don’t use make up a lot at the moment but when I do it’s probably once a week.

3. I store them in a cup, although I tried to find something cute for them but I still haven’t. Will work on that. 🙂
How often do you clean your brushes?: When they need it! My concealer one gets washed just about everyday, foundation, powder and bronzer about once a week and eyeshadow brushes whenever, it depends on how many times I’ve used a particular one (I have lots!) and what sort of colours I’ve used with them (darker pigment residues get washed out sooner than light ones).
What do you clean them with?: I used to use face wash but it was becoming too expensive so I bought a big pump bottle of Castille White Orchid and Milk Body wash for $7 – it works a treat and they smell lovely too.
Where do you store your brushes? Half of them are in a jar in my vanity, the other half in the leather and faux fur roll with a zillion little pockets.
I clean my brushes usually before I want to do a look. Sometimes I’ll spot clean them, but most times I do a deep clean with MAC’s solution. When they’re drying I leave them on a paper towel in a warm breezy place (ideally) and when they’re dry they go into my holiday brush clutch.

I really want to find something else to put my brushes in, though, because I have to rummage through to find them. I’d like to be able to easily see them.

Where do you store your brushes?: In little containers standing up, and the small ones (retractable lip brushes or travel size ones) in a drawer.
How often do you clean your brushes?:Iused to clean them every single day after use until I learned it’s ok to do it once a week or so. I try to clean my my face brushes more often and clean my shadow brushes with makeup remover wipes(daily) to remove dark colour residue and later do the weekly cleanse.
What do you clean them with?: Mac’s desinfectant solution and shampoo for deep cleanse.
Where do you store your brushes? I stand them all up in a Sephora-looking glass container so I can see them all and no inside the restroom because I heard it cuts the brush life in half.
How often do you clean your brushes?/clean brushes with: the brushes I use every day I clean them with a wipe/mac brush cleanser or home made cleanser and then DEEP CLEAN ALL brushes on Sunday with either shampoo/ soap and hand wash or shower get!
Where do you store your brushes?: my mac brushes are in my hello kitty brush holder, my ELF, GOSH &Estee Lauder brushes in my estee lauder holder and misc brushes in a misc pot!
How often do you clean your brushes?: After every use.
What do you clean them with?: With foundation, eyeliner and concealer brushes I use Enkore’s recipe for brush cleanser then I clean them as usual with water and Johnson & Johnson’s baby shampoo. The others I go straight to the baby shampoo.
Where do you store your brushes?: I have four different cups meant to be used for latte drinks, for my different eye brushes. I also have a big squared vase from IKEA, for my face brushes.
How often do you clean your brushes?: I clean mine with brush cleaner after each time I use it so that it’s clean for the next application. I deep clean about..every two weeks.
What do you clean them with?: MAC brush cleaner for a quick clean and Target brand baby shampoo (Just as good as Johnson & Johnson’s!) for a deep clean
Where do you store your brushes?: Face brushes I keep in a jar with little plastic thingies à la Sephora. Eye brushes are kept in one of those plastic three drawer containers. I keep meaning to get more beads and another jar ><
It depends, I try to wash it once a week, unless I am planning to use drastically different colours the next day then I would wash it the day of if I have time. I don’t want the colours to come out muddy. If I am using liquids and creams I would wash it the day of or the next day. I use Quo brush cleaner or Ivory soap and I keep it upright in a wood pencil holder jar.
How often do you clean your brushes?: At least every week. I’m don’t wear a lot of make right now so they don’t get really dirty.
What do you clean them with?: I have the Well-Cared For from Bare Essentials left over from when I used Bare Minerals but I’ll probably switch to the baby shampoo when I run out.

I clean my brushes every day or every other day. I use Dr. Bronner’s liquid castille soap (I have the almond scent and the baby formula). I keep them in a brush holder that I made. It’s glass and filled with purple decorative sand 🙂

How often do you clean your brushes?: I spot clean my e/s brushes and foundation brush every day. I deep clean all of them once a week.

How often do you clean your brushes?: I clean most of my brushes ~1x a week, usually on Saturday or Sunday before 11am (my face brushes need the whole day and night to dry). I clean my concealer brush and my paintpot brush every day though, since I just can’t stand them getting so grimy. I usually just wash them when I’m washing my face at night. Eyeshadow brushes get washed on an as needed basis between weekly washings.
What do you clean them with?: Currently I’m using Soapalaya Soaps Oakmoss cold process soap. I buy all my boyfriend’s and my body and face soap online since we both have allergic, sensitive skin, and every so often there’s a scent we don’t like or one we’re both allergic to so I end up using those for washing my brushes with. They last months too, since I just wet my brush and run it over the surface of the soap a few times. Keeps even my white eyeshadow brush white. However, it looks like if I ever run out of extra soap I’ll be picking up the Dr. Bronner’s from Target. =)
Where do you store your brushes?: I have three brush cups – my MAC Hello Kitty brush holder, a really cute Hamtaro tin from Japan a friend sent me, and a cute pink plaid cup thing from Daiso for my short-handle brushes.
How often do you clean your brushes?: When I feel like they need it, since I’m sporadic about which ones I use and how often. I’m paranoid about face brushes (acne-prone) so I clean them way more often than I do eye brushes. Like every 3 uses for face brushes, at least.

What do you clean them with?: I deep clean with marseille soap and water, that was recommendeo me by several Mac MUA’s. I spot clean with MUFE brush cleanser.

How often do you clean your brushes?: For eye brushes, I spot clean after almost every use because I have sensitive skin around my eyes. Then I’ll deep clean them every week or every 2 weeks, together with my face brushes.
What do you clean them with?: Methylated spirit for spot cleaning and baby shampoo for deep cleaning.
Where do you store your brushes?: I store them horizontally in a plastic Ikea organiser which has a lid so that they don’t get dusty.

What do you clean them with?: Marseilles soap (the REAL one, made of 72% olive oil)and water(recommended by my MAC MUA – better than baby shampoo in my opinion). I spot clean with MAC or MUFE cleansers.

I clean my brushes after every use with a mixture of diluted moisturizing shampoo + conditioner. I deep condition them once a week and store them in some cute tins I’ve collected over the years 🙂
How often do you clean your brushes?: everytime i feel they need, because i’m not wearing make up everyday. i suppose if i did, i would once a week.

Where do you store your brushes?: i have two brush holders both are glass cylinderish containers that i bought at the dollar store i guess they were meant for a small bouquet of flowers but work pretty awesome as brush holders. i use one for clean brushes and the other for dirty brushes so if i clean some in the morning they have somewhere to rest until i come home from work and get to work on cleaning them

Light clean every day on brushes used for foundation and darker e/s.
All brushes get a deep clean at least twice a month. Usually on a Sunday.

In a plastic bin with separators along with my non-palette makeup. I am hoping to get a nice bin to store them in when my new vanity area is built 🙂

Where do you store your brushes?: In mugs on the top of my makeup area.
I clean my face brushes about once a week. Eye brushes depending on the colors use is once a week but if I used dark colors I clean them right away. I just use my face wash that I am currently using, Neutrogena Foaming Face Wash. To store them I use a square glass vase filled with sand.
I clean them about every 2 weeks. (or when they really really need it, I will just clean one or two of them)

I store my brushes standing up in styrofoam that has holes punched in to hold them up.
I spot clean my eye/foundation brushes with MAC brush cleaner almost every time I use them. Once a month I clean them also with Johnson’s baby shampoo. Where I store them I stole Enkore’s idea and they are Sephora-looking glass containers w/ beads.
