silly me! i shoulda read all the comments before i dashed over and shopped! lol…ah well, i still only paid 12 bucks for two foundations, a lipgloss and a tinted moisturizer! man, i love a good sale!

I got so excited there, I absolutely love Stila, but just like Beauty Crunch they don’t ship to the UK. Typical! Thanks anyway 🙂

Wow thanks. I’m glad I stumbled on this today. It’s stila that is Canadian friendly. Shipping was $20 but I got it for free cuz of the awesome discounts. thanks all!

Thanks! I’m not sure why I couldn’t see the link on hautelook :\ I got the set of 3 gel liners and the red lips palette. The CUSTSERV10 code didn’t work for me. It said it had already been used or expired. I’m not sure it applied the referal discount either. But I’m excited for the products!

thank you soooo much for this! ive always wanted to try stila…sadly though, i didnt realize what kind of site hautelook is, and i thought, “i’ll order tomorrow when i get up.” bad move! i did get the pretty face kit and i cant wait to try it out!

question…how do you apply the $10 credit? i looked through the FAQs and everything, but couldnt find directions.

Hi, I’m puzzled too. I didn’t seen getting the 10 dollar credits, nor anything else. I wonder if they smartened up and cancelled the benefits.. hmm.. and what form of payment do they accept? thx

Ok. I tried to order on Tuesday morning and I got no discounts. I e-mailed them and they said, and I quote:

“Thank you for being a member of HauteLook! We apologize for any problems or issues you may have come across while placing your order or using your HaultLook credit. It has been drawn to our attention that an unauthorized promotional code has been leaked through a handful of internet sites. Due to this problem, we have temporarily suspended the use of all HauteLook credits until this issue has been further investigated. Our Technical Department is currently researching which promotional codes are authorized by the HauteLook team. Once these promotional codes are confirmed, we will contact all customers who have placed orders with these codes and give customers the option to keep the order or cancel the order with no questions asked.”

I messaged them yesterday wondering WTF was going on. They continued to say:

“Everyone who used any unauthorized codes last week we have canceled their order, or ask them to pay in full. However as a onetime courtesy we will issue you a $10 credit. Please feel free to contact us with any future questions or concerns.”

I can’t believe they said “as a onetime courtesy we will issue you a $10 credit”. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?! What do I do about this? I don’t want to be singled out and not get both $10 credits!

I placed an order when the stila sale was going on and now that it has been two weeks and I have recieved absolutely nothing no email no package nothing I emailed them and asked about and she simply goes “There was no transaction received on our part. Hehe sorry for the confusion.”

No credit, no refund, no package.
