Recently, ColourPop launched seven new shades of their Ultra Metallic Liquid Lipstick ($6.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) and four new shades of their Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.). You might notice Flitter from some recent reviews. I’m hoping to write full reviews for these sooner rather than later, but just in case I’m slow, here are swatches!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I waffled on WNMHGB but decided against it because it’s not a color I would actually wear, unless I paired it with a sparkly gold topper like Spoiled Fabulous or No Interruptions. And as much as I love Star Trek, I’m just not willing to pay $35 and have to wear 2 lippies together to get the look I can get with one $6 ColourPop lippie. (Also I bought 6 things out of the Star Trek collection haha so it’s not like I’m missing out by not getting that one 🙂 )

Flitter is so pretty! It totally reminds me of MAC Star Trek Where No Man Has Gone, except on steroids, but I think the MAC one is going to be much easier to wear. I wonder if I can put the MAC one on top to make it less dry…hmmmm. And DM is stunning, puts me right into fall mode!

Assuming these don’t review horribly, I think I’m going to end up getting some of these metallic shades. I have yet to see a metallic lip color in any of the stores I frequent in person (seriously, Milani? I got Bella Blue in a store, why haven’t I seen one amore lip?), so I might as well order from Colourpop again since I like some of their other products.

Flitter, Mugshot, and PYT have grabbed my interest the most…

When CP originally released these, I was sorely tempted by JIC. Does anyone have any feedback on these on whether or not they can be worn lightly on a more subtle level or faintly on top of lipstick. These look full on. I love frost lipsticks, but they don’t love me. I apply and instantly add 10 year to my face unless I am careful and uber light-handed.

Some of these are very nuanced. But despite being able to channel some offbeat colors, I def feel to old for these. It wouldn’t look like trying too hard, it’d look foolish. Enjoy them. They are pretty breathtaking.

I already bought Flitter and received it. It’s beautiful. I hate metallic shades but it is beautiful. My tube was half full though. Ive given it to my best friend because she likes metallics more than me and I really just bought it out of curiosity.
