Sand, Pink, Nectar Collections
ColourPop recently released three Monochromatic-themed collections in Sand, Pink, and Nectar! Each collection features various eye/lip products, an eyeshadow palette (which can be purchased individually), and a blush/highlighter duo. Arghhh I wish Strut were a lippie stix ! My lips get along with that formula so much better.
I love all the peach and pink shades, especially since some are stronger. I was getting so sick of all the spring collections coming out being nothing but super-similar barely-there nudes. Kind of funny, considering this collection is actually called “monochromatic.”
I can feel a major CP haulage coming on….and I have to be good this April & May because I have some dental work to go get done. My plan was to only do a $30-40 CP order and EL Naked Truth for April, but this is incredibly tempting! I have to be good, I HAVE to be good….but I don’t want to be good. ?
Oh Christine, you are the best!! Thanks for the swatches. Oh interesting, my single in Poodle swatched much better than yours, but your Fair Play is better. A few of the swatches look weak, but overall, this looks like a great collection! Uh oh, looks like I need to go back and get Like to Watch….and Drop of A Hat is stunning

I’m hoping to make a colourpop order soon and these will be on my list!!
I have Centrefold (so vivid) and and Take a Break on my eyes today, blended out with The News and a warm brown in the crease. I have Drop of a Hat too, and I adore it!
I have the Sand cheek powder duo, Fresh Cut and the Belle eye quad and some other stuff on it’s way too, but I may have to snag the Nectar cheek duo at some stage as well, Like to Watch looks lovely!
Swatches confirm it! I’m hauling the pink and some of the nectar collection. Too bad that fresh cut is Matte liquid, formula is way to dry for me.
From the swatches alone, I feel like there’s going to be a LOT of things I’m going to want to buy 😀
It’s quite an interesting mix of products: the matte lip glosses look really drying; some of the blushes are lovely and so too the eye shadows (although the mattes look a tad patchy).
Colourpop is pumping out so many new collections that I don’t even get excited anymore 🙁
Previously I would’ve been eagerly awaiting a new collection launch from them but now they have kind of ruined the novelty of it all. Am I the only one?
You are definitely not the only one!! I am just bored. I didn’t buy one thing but I maybe buy a peach shadow since I don’t own one lol
On the Fence, Birdy, Boxer, Faded and Pebbles are gorgeous to me …Ringer is pretty too!
Oh, no! I thought I will not buy anything from this collection! Now I think I need Jacquard in my life.

ColourPop is like hunger…..eventually you indulge. After a drought, I’m indulging. Quite a few on my CP wishlist. Liking a Drop of a Hat, Cut Outs, Labyrinth here, & & &…. seriously, Christine, your swatches are lifesavers. Those photoshopped swatches on 3 different skintones look as real as the unicorn who drank my coffee. Or the Tas Wolf who shape shifted with my new dachshund. CP swatches and color descriptions easily dissuade me, though I really like virtually every product I’ve gotten. Weird. And forget the lip model…. As always, you rule.
Love the shadow swatches from the Pink collection. The lip products look kinda drying on your swatches, even though the colors are nice.

Do you have a swatch of the Birdy Lip liner? It looks like it might be slightly darker than the lippie stix version and might work better for me.
