Sephora Favorites - Best of the Best Try-Me Kits
Have you checked out Sephora Favorites?
They’re pre-packaged kits/sets of Sephora’s favorite/popular products from different categories. For example, there’s Lashstash Mascara Deluxe Sampler, which features eleven different “most wanted mascaras” for $39. There are ten kits in total, from pink lips to fragrances to skin care. All of the kits are $40 or less. The kits offer a more cost-effective way to try out bestsellers and products you’ve thought about but never wanted shell out all the money for. I think I’m most interested in the Face Quenchers Moisturizers Deluxe Sampler

As much as i love sephora, i think they should not be selling those sample size things at such a high price. I thought samples were not for sale.. A while back sephora used to be so generous with giving away samples, now theyve resorted to this.. Definitely will not be purchasing.
I’m pretty sure these were created/made for Sephora, though. They still have lots of coupon codes for free samples, too.
They are very small though and half the time you can usually score them for free at sephora stores since they keep them hidden in those drawers. I guess thats why i find myself ordering from Ulta now these days because they tend to have really good offers once in a while. Like recently they had spend $25 dollars and get 20 generous samples for free. Cant beat that !
No Ulta near me, unfortunately! I guess I always end up with samples I have no interest in (regardless of where from – whether they’re GWPs, Sephora, etc.), so I like the idea of being able to try exactly what I want 🙂
When I first saw these, I was simply amazed! It also brought to my mind what BeautyFix was doing, except better! But when I actually ran over to the Sephora and saw how small the products were, I was a little disappointed.. I’m not really sure if the price is worth it after all.
I think, in the end, you probably end up paying about the same or a little more, but the benefit is you get to try a variety of products, rather than sinking $40 into one. You know how you can often buy a small size for say $10, but the next size up is double in volume, but yet it is $18? It’s something like that.
I’m really interested in the lash stash but some of the mascaras I’ve been wanting to try still aren’t in the kit such as the diorshow so I’m not too sure if I’ll pick up any of these kits.
That’s too bad 🙁
I love the idea of these! I wish they’d come out with a primer sampler lol. I got the naturals one since it has some products I love and some I’ve been eyeing to try for a while and while the Korres primer was not love, the Ole Henriksen Truth Serum is TOTALLY fabulous.
Ohh, primer sample would be awesome!
