I LURVE Dubonnet, all other red lipsticks pull either too orange, or too magenta/fuchsia. It’s hard to find a decent red lipstick for a ultra-pale gal.

I love red lipstick, I just don’t wear it enough. I wear a combination of colors to achieve the ones that I want, since I have yet to find one out of the tube that is perfect. My husband seems to like me wearing red lipstick too, or at least he likes it more than a lot of the stuff that I wear (he once asked me if I was feeling okay, because my eyes were dark… I was wearing lilac eyeshadow… and he said it in front of his coworkers… *cry* ^_^).

I love red lipstick because it gives you an instant sense of “glam” when you put it on. My favorites are Queen’s Sin with Cult of Cherry l/g over top, and Dare You for a darker red.

I ? red lipstick! I really started to get into it more since I stoppped fake-tanning. I think it looks better with my paler skin now, and people have even said I look like Gewn Stefani or Marilyn Monroe. You do have to do a whole different look with it though (tone down the bright ES etc.)

I love red lipstick, but it is so difficult to find “the perfect” one for you. I have 3 now (I gave my forth to a friend, as it looked perfect on her, but not me). I adore Sephora’s Lip Attitude Glamour in Red Flirt for everyday and MAC Red for nights out when I feel more classic glam.

I am a medium brown (i wear nw45 in studio fix fluid) i wear diva lipstick by mac with oversexed lipgloss and velvetella lip pencil. it’s gorgeous and i always get crazy compliments!

I love red lipstick! Russian Red, Ruby Woo MAC Red, Glam, a couple from Besame, some from Sephora, Revlon’s new Matte In the Red…you name it, I love it, preferably matte or satin though, not glossy!

LOVE IT. In fact, I have Dubonnet on right now. Some people looked at me a little funny when I showed up for an 8AM flight with intense red lips, but I don’t mind. It makes you feel instantly put together and polished.

I will say that I hate seeing women with really narrow, thin, lips trying to rock a really red lip…it just looks severe and like some evil math teacher who is going to send you to the principals office.

Oh and trying to eat or do anything involving the mouth while wearing red lipstick is a huge pain…red lipstick on the chin or god knows where else…so not attractive.

Oh and the constant having to reapply…gah

All those complaints…I adore red lipstick 🙂 its sooooo beautiful and glamours

Red lips make me feel sexy and fun, but hard to maintain. I usually use Red Flame long lasting lipstick from MAC so I don’t have the problem of “bleeding”. I LOVE IT!

i love red lipstick. i, too, rock russian red at least once a week. i also put viva glam I on my christmas list so i’m hoping i’ll get to rock that one soon too. 🙂

My reccomendation for Olive “Latina” Shades of skin tones would be Smashbox Doubletake Lipcolor in “Cranberry” it has a matching Lipliner and lipstick in one…so smooth and velvety- no bleeding and not dry at all. Love that stuff! $22.

Favorites of the year have to be MAC Dare You cremesheen, rapturous mattene, So scarlet lipstick, Russian Red lipstick, and NYX snow white.

Difficult to maintain and you have to constantly check when you’ve reapplied that you don’t have it on your teeth lol but I LOVE red lipstick – in fact I could live without all other make up as long as I had mascara and red lipstick.
I’m rocking MAC Ladybug today, it’s my perfect red :o)

I love them although i have not found one that will suit me yet. I am rather pale in skin colour so it looks rather pin up and that doesn’t quite suit my clothing syle
