NYX Crystal Gold Liquid Crystal Liner ($4.50) are glitter eyeliners with a clear base and colored glitter. The one I’m reviewing is a true yellow gold glitter suspended in a clear base. While you can definitely wear the glitter on its own, it works best layered over your choice of eyeliner. These wear really well without getting glitter all over the place, even hours later, but sometimes, I find I need to a a second pass to get an even layer of glitter.
P.S. — It looks like with all of the holiday sales, these are currently sold out at NYX, but since they are permanent, they should pop back up soon enough.

RECOMMENDATION: If you like glitter, yes, I think these can be really fun. They can really add some oomph to your eyeliner!

That reminds me I have 3 or 4 of these floating around my glitter collection. Need to pull them out and use them.
I might have to try this. I tried the SLEEK one yesterday, and the glitter travelled all over my face.
LOVE the packaging on these and the NYX Studio Effect Liquid Liner. In fact they’re better brush then what MAC using with their liquidlast. I’ve been dying to find a liquid liner with a practical brush and this is it.

The NYX Candy Glitter liners perform much better than these. They can be worn without liner underneath and look pretty good in one pass.
I actually like these, because I love being able to layer just the glitter over my eyeshadow, liner, or on lashes 🙂 There are two different types of glitter eyeliner, IMO! Just depends what you like or are looking for.
They actually have 4 different kinds of glitter liner, I believe.
I also absolutely love using them on top of mascara on my lashes, super cute and festive! 🙂
The candy glitter liners are AMAZING as well (the ones with the tassel). I have two of them, they’re less expensive AFAIK as well. Have yet to try this kind though.
I bought one of these (the ones with the tassel, very annoying packaging) in a really pretty jade color. It caught my eye and I thought it would be fun. I bet they totally are for people into that, but I used it like…. once. LOL
the tassel is removable.
I love these glitters! I have the silver. I like to use a silver eyeliner, and layer this on top! Only when i feel like being super crazy and glittery.

My 4 year old niece might like this though.
