I’m snowed in as well, but I called customer service and explained so they offered to send it to me free. Also, I could have ordered from another counter and have them ship it to me free to get any color free, but I wanted Shroom anyway. So I would call them.
i did end up caving and ordering online haha. i just couldnt pass up a free e/s from mac! and i dont have shroom so it worked out for me.
yeah i ended up calling a counter in FL and having them ship me the colors i want, free shipping. i bought 6 and got 3 free so im not going to lie, im pretty excited

I took advantage of this earlier today. This is the first I’ve heard of a free eyeshadow. A few months ago they had buy two mascaras get plushlash free, so I got that, too. Free MAC is so exciting!
I just ran out to nordstrom and picked up shroom (bc i’ve never tried it), espresso, woodwinked, all that glitters, sable, and ricepaper! It’s buy 2 and get ANY color free in store, no purchase limit 🙂 Hey Christine, for B2M on eye shadows, is it true that the pan must be included? So i can’t B2M depotted e/s?
It depends on the store, to be honest :/ Some take them, some don’t.

I luckily stumbled upon this by accident today at the Stonestown Nordstrom and I was able to pick my freebie – I guess they ran out of Shroom…I walked away with Girlie, Creme de Violet and Sumptuous Olive. I can’t wait to depot and put my 15 pan palette together. I just need the palette =)

Agh! I was so excited when I went to my Nordstrom counter 🙂 It turns out you didn’t have to get only shroom so I ended up with 6 eyeshadows! I was hoping they would let me get some of the Spring Forecast shadows early, but they said no 🙁 So I got parfait amour, atlantic blue, sushi flower, lucky green, soft brown, and nocturnelle! I can’t wait to play around with these 😉

So I stopped by the Nordstroms MAC counter & I bought 4 eyeshadows and got 2 free!! It’s like gettin’ 33.3% off!!! So happy! =) Such a nice way for me to add to my permanent MAC shadow collection, since I always put them off for the limited edition stuff. It was no more “excuses” this time haha. =)

We don’t have a Nordstrom where I live, but I was planning on placing an order online, anyway. I ordered Omega and Patina eyeshadows. I already have Shroom, but it’s such a great color that I’ll be happy to have a backup. Shroom is definitely one of my favorites. Thanks for the heads up.
So happy that I was able to drop by at MAC yesterday. I didn’t know that this was going on. Wasn’t planning on dropping by at MAC but glad I did! There wasn’t much left to choose from. A lot of people were buying four at a time because you get 2 free. I picked my three: Blackberry, Cross-Cultural and Blanc Type.
Went to Nordies yesterday and got Tilt, All That Glitters, and Mylar. Those 3 just completed my 2nd 15 pallette and enough containers for a back 2 mac lipgloss. yay!
Omg, Christine. I never went as MAC crazy as I did last Saturday. Going in I thought I was only going to get get three eyeshadows…thinking how many shrooms do I need. And when they let me know it was any free. I went and got 15 bit my lip and went back for another 15 so i wouldn’t regret not getting more. But thank you thank you for the headsup. I swear I really take your blog reviews and swatches to heart. And I think I want 15 more eyeshadows and I’ll finally be complete. I was thinking yeah….30. That is ay-lot, but I was saving for so long. So again thanks 🙂
