Natasha Denona Zendo Eyeshadow Palette for Summer 2021
Gosh, I love the shimmer shadow called Aura.. it’s just the ticket to round out my penchant for red coppers these days, but I never wear teal eyeshadow and some of the other shadows are very much ND territory covered.. so.. I wait until Temptalia swatches and comps.
Am I the only one who doesn’t see the Mini Zendo influence and mood expressed in this palette? I mean, don’t get me wrong, this is quite refreshing and pretty for spring/summer. It just doesn’t convey the same vibe as the Mini for me.
I completely agree with you Nancy, it’s a lovely summer palette but it feels like a toned down Circo Loco more than inspired by the Zendo. I think it’s pretty, but I’m disappointed as I really loved the muted tones in Zendo and thought she’d potentially come out with a more earthy green/taupe/burgundy combination for fall. Now I’m worried what the full size Retro will look like!
It’s so haphazard like she took a bunch of shadows from her other palettes and called it Zendo. Total let down. Dare I say it but Natasha dear has jumped the shark! Ughh a big no!
I really appreciate how, when Natasha Denona launches a new product, it’s usually released within a week of the announcement. Charlotte Tilbury does the same.
Pat Mc Grath should take a page out of their playbook. The blushes were announced last week for a May launch….over a month from the announcement.
But it’s May already?
Two, possibly four shades I would wear so this is a pass for me. I like Equilibrium and Flow and probably have multiple dupes for both.
This certainly looks interesting, and this time around the pan size and the price are right. I will need to see real swatches though, as the official ones are a joke.
It very nice and mature and modern looking for summer. Of course, finally the price is right. All will depend on your palette and if I can dupe most of it. I still would have like Trichrome or Circo Loco in this price range.
Yay! I’m so excited for this. I’ve been waiting to buy a large ND eyeshadow palette as her other palette dont have enough variation in depth of colour for me, this may just be it!
It’s hard for me to see how this color story fits in with the mini palette. The mini Zendo palette is absolutely beautiful, and I love using it, but this larger rainbow palette does not appeal to me.
I agree. I was waiting to purchase the mini palette because I expected the large one to have the same vibe, but something about this is not as exciting. It is really really pretty, just not what I was hoping for.
I may just purchase the mini zendo…for the joy of my wallet.
Mmmm pass, I already have Safari
Very pretty palette! I don’t have the Zendo palette that it was inspired by but I like this one much better. It’s got all the colors I like to wear for summer.
Way too close to the Urban Decay new Western palette. Why can’t brands be more original? This is recycling what we saw 6 months ago.
It’s repetitive of like 5 or 6 palettes she has already done. It is a mash up of her gold, bronze, love , sunrise and maybe like her blue purple. She’s run out of ideas and is a total bore. Yes it’s a better price but still a forgettable palette!
The second photo with the Black model is goals! Stunning.
She is gorgeous in both photos. I love how the colours on the lids play with her skintone.
Agree. That photo is stunning.
Already pre-ordered!
This is a gorgeous set of colours from ND – a beautiful array of cool and warm shades. Love it.
I really, really, like that bottom row. I’d happily just get those in one palette! Not sure on the palette as a whole, unlikely to use all the colours…
I can see the zendo inspo, with coral pink and turquoise vibes. Im so glad it’s not a twin like the tropic palettes last row. I’m a fan of ND and will be happy to purchase! So glad it’s just makeup I can’t wait to have fun with it !
I absolutely love the look of this, but I have to wonder if you can create similar looks with the Metropolis palette!
I am extremely excited for this palette and will definitely be buying it. The price is perfect as well. I have almost all of the ND mini palettes but the only larger one I have is the Glam Palette which I absolutely love.
I don’t see how this fits in with the Mini Zendo Palette at all though. I own and love that one and just don’t see how they go together at all.
I like this palette, but thinking critically I know I’d probably use less than half of the shades. Low/no buy continues. 🙂
I am really feeling this palette! Love peachy corals, teals! Will love seeing your swatches!
Personally, I purchased this palette because Circo Loco and Tropic are too colorful for me. I also have no desire to buy another $129 palette. This is a happy medium and I’m actually quite pleased with the color combination. It is a nice blend of her more colorful palettes, including Sunrise, that I would most likely never buy for myself.
I really like these colors for summer. However, even looking at only my ND products in my stash, have all of the colors covered in her coral and aeris palettes.
Well, maybe not all…….
This is the palette you’d get if Safari and Sunset had a baby. I just love the color story. It makes so much more sense to me than that Circus palette and more day friendly with the middle column. I can see myself using it more than I currently use Safari or Sunset, this summer. And at the pricepoint, it makes more sense than Circo Loco.
Can’t wait to see the swatches and happy the wait isn’t long!
Unless there’s something technically wrong with it, I am totally getting this!!
