Still waiting for ND to release a mid- or full-sized palette that’s primarily cool-toned. Lila comes close, but even Lila has a lot of warm tones. Sigh.
It’s very pretty, just tired of reds and golds.

Yesss! Think this would be perfect! I’d be okay with neutrals and even a warm or two for balance but would be so excited to see a mostly cool palette from her!
I agree completely Mandy! I do quite like her formula (though I’m not sure if this includes the new CP formula yet) but I wish she was more adventurous in her color stories. I’ve been waiting for something that had more greens, taupes, or even cooler blues/purples from her in the longes time. I feel she’s still hovering around the same range for every palette which is disappointing.
I’m not a particular fan of Melt Cosmetics’ formula, but I’ve always appreciated that they do intriguing color stories. I wish ND would consider branding out more.
Natasha Denona’s best cool toned pallet is her 28 pan blue/purple pallet. I got it gently used on Mercari and it is fire.
The shimmers are outstanding. I do dip into my Viseart mattes to supplement.
I have a huge collection and agree with Stephanie Nicole. Viseart for the best Mattes, Natasha for shimmers. I love Pat McGRATH too but turned off my her marketing ploys. Her shadows are amazing but her special shades are pretty much for evening.
I just received the blue-purple for the holidays and I’m in love with it! I use ND shadows the most mixed with my Viseart neutral palette and I’m very happy with that combo. I would love for her to do a cool-toned palette with silver and black and maybe some purples that’s smaller for travel. I also love Pat Mcgrath but missed out on her latest releases.
I agree too. I don’t like red, pink, orange shadows and they’ve been done to death by every company out there, but a cool palette and at this price range would be something I’d probably grab up fast.
Absolutely agree. Enough with the pinks, reds, oranges, purples, browns, golds… I’d love to see a true cool neutral palette from ND, with shades along the lines of CP Fame, Dior Cool Neutrals, MJ Steeletto, Smashbox Punked, etc.
This is a nice color story for Valentine’s Day, but it feels like the *same* color story we’ve been getting from everyone for a while now. “Commitment” looks interesting, though, and I can’t wait to see swatches and dupes.
Looks pretty for spring! I love Natasha Denona eye shadows, hope this is a good one. Wish it came out in time for me to use my Sephora 15% off.

This isn’t quite a mini and it does look like a combination of a few of the previous releases of ND in recent years. Lots and lots of pinks and reds.

This looks just like Huda Beauty Desert Dusk? (Not sure of the exact name) palette.
Ooohh, you may be right about that! I need to look at Desert Dusk before deciding whether to get this one.
Desert Dusk has many more browns, if these are indeed pinks in the ND Love palette. I hope they are not browns that appear pink/mauve in photos, like Tarte’s Love, Trust & Fairy Dust palette.
I can probably dupe most of these colors, but I like it and I may pick it up if I can get it on sale.
It looks very nice, but I was hoping for a mini of Biba in this 15 pan format. I guess I will have to wait a little longer, eh?

This is very pretty, but just one glance over I already know I have dupes for almost all the colors… I agree with Mandy’s comment that it will be so much more exciting if nd releases something cool and different.
This reminds me quite a bit of the new Pillow Talk palette from CT. And a little bit like the Stars in Your Eyes palette as well. Which isn’t a knock on CT, clearly her brand knows what color schemes work best for them. This is quite pretty, and I think it has a good arrangement of shades that will be flattering on many people but this just feels like a color scheme I’ve seen often enough, and even despite my preference for Natasha Denona I might pass on this one.

Love at first sight for me. The color story, Natasha’s formula, the size and price point of Sunrise have me excited to add this beauty to my collection.

While I agree with a lot of people that I would also like to see a cool toned palette from her, I will most likely buy this and the Love cheek palette.
This is so pretty! I don’t have any ND eyeshadows, and this combines lots of the colors I’ve been interested in from the other palettes. I’m doing a no-buy this year, but the color story does inspire me!
Definitely don’t need this one…. I have Sunrise and Lila, so between those, I’m all set on this color story.
I think it’s a very pretty palette and the price point is good considering it’s a luxury brand but I’ll be passing on it. The colors remind me a lot of the colors in her Sunrise palette. I also have the CT Pillowtalk Instant eye palette so I have more than enough pink, red, peach shades.
Honestly, I’d be surprised if she released a cool eye palette of this size. I know there are many comments in this thread asking for one but I don’t think cool shades are as a popular as warm tones. I can’t help but think if they were big sellers more brands would focus on cool tones.

I feel like *every* palette that gets released is met with “I wanted a cool toned palette.” nowadays. Honestly, I’m also convinced that people forget that color undertones can be somewhat relative and relational — not just that a blue can be warm toned, but also that a pigment which isn’t totally opaque will change in undertone depending on someone’s skin and the base underneath. lots of neutrals or cool tones in a pan become warmer just by virtue of being put on top of someone’s skin, even if that person has cool, or pink undertones.
I suspect, although i haven’t tested the theory outside of myself, that most people like neutral-warm toned shades in eyeshadows because the pan colors and swatches change undertone when layered over skin less than “cool” shades which usually are warmed up by depth of skin underneath. The closest comparison I have is that when you use pastels, if you paint over a cool-pink paper, or peach, or cool brown, the cool shades will still look relatively “warmer” than if you painted over straight white. So I suspect that’s why warm tones are probably more popular than cool tones when people purchase.
And let’s be honest, people don’t ever mean they want cool-toned red, or cool toned purple. I also don’t see many people talking about how it’s possible to cool down warm tones or warm up cool tones by mixing and using color relation to change the look. People do talk about it all the time with watercolors, pastels, other pigment-based colors… just less so in makeup from what I’ve noticed?

Kind of like Sunrise, it looks like ND grabbed a 9-pan palette and a 6-pan palette, and put them both together to make one 15-pan. I like the right side, though.
This is a torture for me. I am doing a no-buy this year and Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. I am hoping I have most of these shades already — but if I don’t at least ND’s limited edition things tend to last a while! I am happy she’s doing these sizes, I loved Sunrise and while Lila is one of my favorite palettes, I would have preferred a smaller size since I’ll never pan it.
I really like this, and I feel like I’ll probably get it! The closest pinks I have are a colourpop palette (Main Squeeze) and modern renaissance. I feel like mod ren is mostly neutral, and ND has a superior formula to colourpop for sure, plus the CP one is a bit repetitive in shades? Basically I have bright coral and pink-reds, and the mod ren earthy reds, but not these colors.
This looks more wearable to me, and I’m hoping it performs well. I know there’s a ton of palettes in the pinks or pinky-purple ranges, but I’ve passed on them previously (Naked Cherry, Viseart Rose Edit, like that). But this one seems to have the right combo of matte and shimmers that swatched out appeal to me without feeling too same-y.
I barely use my ND Sunrise palette so this is a pastor me. I DO, however still occasionally use Lila. Did anyone else notice the new(?) Blush and Glow quad in her promo photos for this??? THAT is what I am anxious for. I have been waiting for a new one– very shrewd of her to release different combos one at a time , IMO– for us collectors!

I so agree, too, and while I love my Lila palette, it’s not something I reach for when trying a pink/mauve look. The Love palette looks like the perfect combination, with at least one red matte for those who do like a red. I’ll be curious to see the one “satin” and sort of wish there had been maybe one more. I also like that the color story comes before Valentine’s Day! lol

I really wish for her to come out with a similar sized version of the BIBA!! I love my neutrals and the BIBA is such a well curated set containing both warm and cool tones in different finishes. I feel like eventhough there are thousands of neutral palettes out there, there are very few that are well curated. Except the freaking $129 price tag, BIBA is pure perfection. now I just want her to make a sequel to it, the way she did for the sunset( although sunrise goes along so many tangents).
This may be exciting for some… until Valentine’s Day is over and you’re thinking “when am I going to wear all this pink/purple/red?”
