Oh, I may have spoken too soon on the previous post, because I have been wanting both Orgasm X and Casino for the longest time! Also, while the eyeshadow palette may seem very “basic”, that’s precisely what I will want to have on hand during what is bound to be a long, rough recovery, including abdominal physical therapy to get the hernia repair not only healed, but to strengthen my core.

I hope your surgery and recovery go smoothly. My husband has had 2 abdominal hernia surgeries (2 different places), and he says he feels SO much better since. I hope a similar or even better outcome for you! The biggest advice we can give you is to just keep doing your physical therapy- don’t let it slide, ever.

It’s actually a 3-phase surgery: removal of adhesions and old scar tissue, full hysterectomy for uterine cancer and then, depending on pathology report, either more surrounding tissue/lymph nodes taken first or straight to the hernia repair. I get tired just thinking about all the steps! Definitely will keep up with the PT once they get me going with it, though.
I used to love NARS so much and get so excited with their releases, especially eyeshadow palettes and duos but it’s been a while and this just isn’t doing it for me. NARS has become a bit of a snooze-fest for me.
Looks beautiful i was actually going to buy it but then i went on the website and saw the orgasm on the beach blush palette on sale and a liquid blush and the glow booster so i got those – couldnt resist the discount
I really like the eyeshadow palette – although it may prove too warmish for me and too many kind of pinks that are not quite my preference. Hopefully it will be a good one.
I just think that pairing a blush with a bronzer is not a good idea as many people don’t use bronzers and getting the bronzer shade right for your skintone is quite tricky. If the blush shades were paired with a highlighter, I think that would have been a better commercial choice.
This reminds me of the Nars Afterglow eyeshadow palette, one of my favorites which I use all the time. This palette look very complementary. I will definitely be getting it!

I ordered the eyeshadow palette & Dominate/Cyprus duo. The cheek duo will likely be something I’ll have to be extremely careful with, but both shades are just so beautiful…
