NARS Powermatte Lipstick is a new, all-matte lipstick range featuring shades that ranged from pale pink to deep berry. I bought 11 of the 12 shades (one was sold out) at Sephora, but there are also some shades exclusive to NARS’ site that I might eventually buy. Here are swatches of 11 shades!

Why isn’t Notorious either an 80’s fuchsia or a purple? Anyone else here wondering about that odd color choice for that era defining song? Terracotta would so not have been my personal creative decision there!

Now, these lipsticks look quite pigmented and there is an array of shades to choose from too. Notorious is one that I am interested in.
I like the look of a few of these shades hopefully they’re not to terribly drying.
Maybe their feedback suggested that the Powermatte LLs can be too drying. Lots of brands seem to issue fave shades + some newbies in new formulas. These could be wonderful.
