NARS Holiday 2022 Collection includes two new, limited edition palettes (one for eyes, one for cheeks), along with a new, limited edition Audacious Lipstick shade. Nars, why do you always seem to get me with your cheek and eyeshadow palettes? These do look really good! But, I may have to apply the brakes for palettes, because space is currently OVERRUN!
I saw a 9 pan palette as part of this collection on IG promos but it doesn’t seem to be available in the US, has anyone heard anything about it? I’d guess it’s a regional exclusive item 🙁
I saw the 9-pan palette as well on some of the Japanese PR sites / beauty publication sites, and it is labelled the “Uninhibited” palette — which is the same name and the shades match up with a palette that the US had already seen last year. So possibly Asia/Japan might not have gotten this palette then and now this is their chance to have it (in a holiday packaging)?

For a 6 pan blush palette, there isn’t a lot of variation
Disappointing! The blush palette encapsulates the problems I have with almost every blush palette in that it contains a few perfect shades for me and just as many that are colours that clash with my skintone. And the eyeshadow palette….THAT’S “Holiday”??? Bah, Humbug! I have always had (and probably always will have) a soft spot for Nars, especially their eyeshadows but it’s ages since they’ve released anything I actually want or that even looks mildly interesting…
I quite like the Nars eyeshadow palette – but I can’t help but think, what is that lilac shade doing in there?
I think the eye palette is really pretty! I’m a little disappointed with the lipstick; the lip swatches on the NARS site look lighter/more beige. I was hoping you would swatch it Christine as I know yours are always true to life, so thank you! I might seek it out in person anyway.
Nothing tempting in this release, I like three of the blush shades and love Instant Stardom and like Lights Out and Swoon. I don’t like anything enough though,
I have quite similar things spread out across palettes, but I think I’m going to pick up Stargaze. I actually love the inclusion of the lavender Instant Stardom shade.
Nice, but the blushes are missing a browner berry (Premiere could have been that), and the eyeshadow palette is missing (as often in many palettes) a lighter matte, highlighter color.
