I really liked this shade in the Jumbo Eye Pencil collection. It's no miracle pencil, but it did exactly what I thought it would at the price I paid for it. Coverage was good, it blended really nicely and didn't tug or pull on my eyelids when I applied. For the 4 hours I wore it for, it didn't crease on me, but since I didn't wear it for a full day, I can't quite comment on it's actual staying power. Not quite as legendary as Milk, but this pencil sure does come close and is a great budget item for someone interested in saving money on beauty products!

Gorgeous! This lives up to my high expectations of Bite Beauty Lipsticks. Beautiful colour, non drying and stays put for hours even without a primer. The colour pay-off is fantastic, and it glides onto the lips like butter. I can apply one coat in the morning and it lasts through meals, coffees and life. Can I also say the little box it comes in is absolutely gorgeous? Their packaging is so appealing to me, since it is modern and clean. The ingredients are top notch like all other Bite products, containing the same amount of Reservatrol equal to about five glasses of red wine. Beautiful lipstick AND it's good for you? Honestly, you can't go wrong with this one, ladies and gents!

For me, this brush has it's ups and downs, but overall I've been very pleased with its performance. It buffs foundation beautifully leaving a soft streak-free finish, which is something I'm very appreciative of. This brush is fantastic when you're in a hurry in the morning, since the head is so large, although, that is also a negative quality as well. With it being so large, it can be difficult to really get into the crevasses of the face properly. Other than the size, it's beautifully dense and distributes product nicely. The only other complaint I would have is that it takes a while to dry after cleaning due to the density of the fibres, but that doesn't change my opinion of the brush itself. PROS Provides an AirBrush Finish Easy to Use Dense and Fluffy Distributes product evenly Cruelty Free Sturdy CONS Very Large Brush Head Drying time is longer than the average synthetic brush Some may find this brush pricey

After the amazing success I had with Milk, I thought I would brach out in the Jumbo Eye Pencil category and reach for a new shade, and this one was very disappointing. It did not in any way match the quality and consistency of Milk and is difficult to use. I'm hoping that this one was just a fluke, and the rest of the colours in the collection are just as good as Milk is! PROS: Inexpensive Cruelty Free CONS: Sheer Difficult to Apply/Blend Fades Tugging during application

Where do I begin? Before I purchased this I had previously been using the whole "white base" concept, but with another more expensive pencil that didn't quite cut it. When I discovered this pencil, I swore I would never go back. There are so many amazing uses for this pencil that really do take your makeup to the next level. I use this over my UDPP when I use any bright shadows (specifically my Sugarpill eyeshadows) to add that extra oomph of vibrancy. You can blend it, or cake it on- either way this pencil just simply works. PROS: Beautiful Application Can be used for a variety of things Opaque Can be blended out softly Very well priced Cruelty Free CONS: The lid can be cracked or broken easily Make sure to leave the lid on or it will dry out!

This product took some time to love, and even still I find myself reaching for a brush over this sponge. It applies product beautifully, providing an airbrushed finish, but I find this specific tool is suited to products with fuller coverage, since you are able to "bounce" the BB to provide a streak free coverage. When I have time to apply my makeup and want a super flawless porcelain finish, this is what I reach for. The one thing I don't enjoy is the upkeep. I find I'm always concerned about lurking bacteria, and when I do go to wash it, I find it difficult to get it completely clean. If cleanup wasn't such an issue (and I wasn't so concerned about bacteria buildup) I would reach for this every day. PROS: Creates a truly flawless finish Expands when wet Shape is ergonomic and easy to work with Reusable Handy for Travelling CONS: Cleanup can be fussy Colour seeps out during washing If not maintained carefully, it could be a breeding ground for bacteria Pricey

Despite so many negative reviews I've seen, I've never had many issues with this product. It's a very nice tinted moisturizer with a beautifully soft texture. It's also a fantastic base for the PurePressed Mineral Powder that Jane Iredale offers. Since I usually do layer a powder over top of this product, I'm not too concerned about how sheer it is, although I can see why many don't like this product for that exact reason. I think of it more as a moisturizer with a light tint versus something like a BB cream, which is what I think people tend to expect. PROS Cruelty Free SPF Doesn't Clog Pores Moisturizes nicely without shine Provides a solid base for other products CONS Price Very Sheer Coverage

This product was recommended to me by my aesthetician almost 2 years ago, and I have been nothing but satisfied. It's natural, doesn't bug my acne prone skin, and even calms redness that I have lurking around when I apply. You can build this powder from a sheer light dusting to keep shine at bay, to a full coverage powder foundation without adding any cakey-ness to the skin. It's very expensive, but the ingredients in this powder are professional quality. This has pretty much been a Holy Grail product for me since I purchased it, and I simply will not give it up. PROS: Applies beautifully Ingredients are high quality Doesn't upset any skin conditions Leaves a velvety smooth finish SPF Cruelty Free Foolproof to apply Fantastic Colour Range CONS: Price Not many places stock this brand

Really happy with this loose powder. Makes my skin feel velvety soft. This powder does exactly what it says. It blurs imperfections, made my skin look poreless, and produced a beautiful demi-matte finish- something exclusive to Urban Decay. I will say this, though: if you have any dry patches, by careful because if you apply too much of this powder (just like any other loose powder) you could accentuate them. I apply with a big fluffy brush and a light hand, and so far it hasn't steered me wrong!

At first, I was skeptical of this product, since I have had issues with cream blush in the past. After playing with this, I have become quite fond of it! The pigmentation is great, and it is really fun to experiment with. My good friend and Chanel makeup artist taught me a few neat tricks to making the best out of this blush, and since she has shared that, and I've done a little experimenting of my own, I can say this blush is worth the extra effort! I use the Chanel duo-fibre brush to apply this with, as well as my Real Techniques Stippling Brush, since the formula is cream and must be blended. As long as you use a very light hand with this product, it is very beautiful. I have used this product with and without a base and in both cases it has been great. I took one star off, because of the fact that it's not totally foolproof in terms of application, and you don't exactly get very much for the money.

This pressed powder is absolutely beautiful. I use it constantly, and in many different looks. Just to preface, powder and I don't always get along. More often than not, it accentuates my dry spots and makes me look cakey. With this powder, it did none of those! It didn't accentuate any dry spots on my face, left my skin glowing, and didn't make me look in any way like I was covered in chalk. It applies smoothly, blends beautifully, and 10 is my perfect shade. Chanel is on the top end of my budget, and is too expensive for some, but if you would like a beautiful powder that can be used on its own, or over foundation/BB cream I highly recommend you invest in this one! I have used both synthetic and natural hair brushes and both apply this product with ease. Please note, though, this powder does have fragrance! Usually I am sensitive to things like this, but this product has a pleasant amount of fragrance that doesn't upset my sensitive skin. Please try for yourself first to make sure it's okay for your skin! When things have perfume in them, I ALWAYS do a test patch to make sure I don't react. This passed for me, but it may not pass for you, so I urge those with sensitive skin to take caution.

This lipstick has been a recent discovery for me, and I have most certainly put it through the paces. It delivered! I have ZERO complaints about this lipstick. The pigmentation is like nothing I've ever seen in a solid lipstick, and it lasts and lasts. No lip liner is needed, and on the first swipe it produces a beautiful, creamy, opaque colour that lasts all day. I can eat, drink coffee, talk, and live without even thinking about my lipstick. Even though it has an opaque coverage, it doesn't feel heavy or drying on my lips at all. Some people may find this a negative, but removal of certain shades leaves a stain on the lips. Solution: oil based makeup remover. I personally don't mind the stain on my lips, and even some days I will apply with my finger for a lip stain-esque look. The price also may be a little steep for some people, but as far as I'm concerned it's worth every penny.

Okay, this brush and I have had a bit of a love hate relationship, but overall it is a very sturdy and effective tool for applying makeup. I feel this brush is only effective (for me) with thicker formulas of product. After many months of trial and error I can safely say that I would pick this brush up for heavier liquid foundations and cream foundations. I do enjoy the fact that it has the same silky smooth feel as the rest of the collection, but in some situations the shape didn't work for my face. With that being said, I know many who love this brush for all their facial products, but for me I tend to stick to things with a heavier or creamier consistency for this brush. I do urge you to try it though! 🙂

Contour Brush

As someone who is relatively new to contour, this brush made the leap a breeze. Again, as someone with a petite face, it's not too huge that it cannot fit into the hollows of my cheeks. What I enjoy the most about this brush though is that it can do so much more than contour. I use it to apply highlighter, and even sometimes blush if I'm looking for a more precise application. It blends colours smoothly without any hassle, and just like the rest of the RT collection, it cleans up beautifully without any hassle.

This brush is my absolute without a doubt go to for most of my liquid and cream foundations. For someone with a petite structure, the brush is easy to handle and is small enough to fit into the contours of my (inevitably tiny) face, while at the same time providing enough size to apply my product relatively quickly and effortlessly. It is dense enough to grab products and apply evenly, but not too dense that it is impossible to clean. Being a synthetic brush, I find it a lot less worry-some in the cleaning up department as well due to the fact that due to the synthetic fibres it dries quickly and evenly without any shedding. I also enjoy the fact that this brush is fantastic for its price point, and due to the fact that it is a relatively inexpensive brush (compared to MAC, MUFE etc) I can buy multiples and not break the bank by doing so.

Ever since I purchased this palette, I reach for it every single day. The pigmentation is fantastic, glides on smoothly, and is true to pan. The colours not only pair well together with others in the palette, but also in conjunction with other colours from other NAKED palettes. Many people call this palette (as well as other NAKED palettes) their HG for a nude eye, and it's no wonder they do. This palette delivers! It's also fantastic for travel because you can create a wide variety of looks without carrying half a dozen different eye products. The only colour I had a bit of time adapting to was Dust, which has quite a fair amount of fallout. A solution that has worked for me has been to apply minimal product at a time, and patting this colour on the desired area.

This is one of my favourite UD Eyeshadow shades. Applies beautifully. Please note: This eyeshadow is quite pigmented, and because of that, you may experience some fallout if you pick up too much product at once. I always make sure to gently tap off any excess to prevent this, and layer this colour over a base or primer. The base/primer also helps bring out this beautiful shade!

MAC Pigment is AMAZING! I have nothing bad to say about it, but took off a half a star because I found this pigment faded slightly. JUST SLIGHTLY. Other than that, I am hopelessly in love with this pigment, as it is the most amazing bright magenta you will ever find. NOTE: I purchased this in a PRO store.

This product is GOOD, but not GREAT. I found it a challenge to get an even coverage, and felt slightly sticky on the lips. If you don't mind fiddling with the gloss or the stickiness then it's alright. I enjoy wearing this over a lipstick (usually MAC Show Orchid or Girl About Town) to amp up the colour, and not have to worry about making a perfectly even coverage versus just applying the gloss alone. Good staying power, nice travel size. Not the best gloss I own, but good.

This is one of my favourite MAC products. I use this product every single day, for all my makeup application. I use this product not only for highlight on the eye, but it works really well as a base for your eyeshadows to adhere to. It's creamy, smooth, and foolproof to apply! In order to get the most out of this product I apply to clean fresh eyelids, and once it sets I apply a nude powder eyeshadow over top (I use Urban Decay FOXY, or W.O.S) to increase its staying power. I have quite oily eyelids and since I started using this product, my product no longer migrates or creases.
