After spending what felt like years wandering aimlessly round the aisles in boots, hunting for a foundation that even slightly resembled my beloved mac face and body foundation, i impatiently picked this rimmel wake me up foundation up after seeing one too many georgia may jagger ads for rimmel. Only problem was, my supposed match (natural beige)looked a tad too dark in store light, and horrendously dark and grey outside. So i also picked classic beige in hope itd fare better. Upon reaching home (in front of my "truth mirror" where all flaws are exposed) i applied a blob of each to my face (using my rt stippling brush) and wow. Just wow. I cant believe i forked out so much each time to repurchase mac f.a.b when its drugstore counterpart was right under my nose. It is a medium coverage that is buildable,and is radiant whilst avoiding looking like you've dunked your face in oil. I even like the microscopic amounts of shimmer, as they add to the overall glowiness. My only annoyance is the shade range as i had to buy 2 to get my right shade and it certainly does not cater at all for darker women. Repurchase worthy? Definitely stars:4.8
