I really wanted to love this, but sadly it's a dud for me. The formula is great - it's thick, and builds quickly, and I feel that it's kind to my lashes. However, I think the wand is what needs work. It seems to pick up way too much product, so it's very easy to get thick clumping. Even if you wipe off some of the excess product, the wand bristles are too short to easily pick up the lashes and evenly deposit product. I may try it with a different brush once I have one, because there is a lot to love about the formula.
