Pear Tree is a stunning vibrant olive green shimmer shade, that is fully opaque in one swipe with a finger or brush. You can use a wet brush for more impact, but you don't really need to.

Concrete Road is a cool-toned, lighter matte grey. This shade does take a little more building up than others, but it does build and blend beautifully.

Milky neutral base shade

I really enjoyed this little palette. Perfect for travel and everyday wear. The shades are all blend-able and easy to use. The deepest shade is slightly patchy, but you can build it up pretty easily. My own palette is starting to age, so the shadows are not working quite as well as when it was newer, but that's to be expected. I love that Tarte is a cruelty-free brand, and this palette smells like hot chocolate powder.

This was the first eye-primer I ever used and I swore by it for years. However, with each bottle I've had, the first few uses are great, and then I have to force myself to use the rest of it because it doesn't hold the color like the earlier uses. I have found a less-expensive, more effective option that I'll stick to from now on,

Absolute best eyeshadow primer, and it's inexpensive and cruelty free. The tube keeps the product clean, and the thicker formula means a little goes a long way, even on my oily eyelids. I get much longer wear from my eyeshadows when I use this, and I appreciate that it cancels the discoloration in my eyelids. Holy Grail.

I really enjoy this foundation, and I love that ABH is a cruelty-free brand with a much more realistic shade-range than most brands. The formula is lightweight and highly luminous. While it does make skin look great earlier in wear, it does start to look greasy later in the day, even on my drier skin. And it's not the most longwearing. But I still love to wear it.

I absolutely love this foundation. It's medium-to-full coverage foundation that just makes your skin look natural and beautiful. This stuff is full of great skincare ingredients as well as a higher-level SPF, and the brand is creuelty-free, so you can feel good about putting it on your skin. The pump/tube combo is great for controlling the amount of product that comes out, and for easy of travel. The shade-range for deeper tones is terrible, but you can likely find your shade if you are light or medium. There are retinoid ingredients in this, so it may not be safe for those pregnant or nursing.

I really enjoy this CC cream. Although the coverage is very light, it does even skin tone, even for my mild rosacea. I love that it carries a mineral sunscreen, and that the brand is cruelty-free. The shade-range is way too limited, so I am lucky that Fair-Light works for me. Deeper skin-tones will likely not be served by any shade in this line.

The formula on these is creamy, highly pigmented, and comfortable on the lips. The applicator is a little bit oversized, but it's still easy to use. Chutney is a slightly grey-toned deep mauve.

I really love this lipstick, and I'm so sad that I cannot repurchase it, as it's not cruelty-free. It's a sheer-but-buildable formula in a stunning color. Great formula. But, again, as it's not cruelty-free, I won't buy it again.

Milani is a great, low-priced, cruelty-free brand. Love this lipstick forumula. It's creamy and kind to lips, but has full opacity in one swipe with great staying power. Plumrose is a mauve/berry color. The shape of the bullet is decent for application. There is a strong jolly-rancher scent to these lipsticks, but the scent doesn't at all linger once applied.

Really love this color! This gloss is evenly and richly pigmented, and surprisingly long lasting for a gloss. It's a salmon/fig pink color. This shade has a doe-foot applicator that makes precise application really easy. The formula is not at all sticky, and is cushiony.

This is a fun gloss from the Disney Designer collection from ColourPop. This color is a sheer with gold shimmer. Nice texture, non-sticky, and surprisingly long wearing for a gloss. This has a doe-foot applicator, unlike most of the ultra glossy lips, and this is a huge upgrade to the applicator in other versions of this product.

This is a fabulous palette. Even though it's monochromatic, you can get a range of brighter or deeper looks with it. The mattes perform well, and the shimmers and supershock are great. Colourpop keep stepping up the quality over and over.

This was my first supershock shadow, and I went for a very safe neutral, light brown matte shade. I fell in love with this cream-to-powder formula, and I am looking forward to trying more supershocks in a variety of finishes! These are easy to use with a finger, quick, and they stay in place all day with no creasing. This shade is very "no-makeup" makeup for me, but there are a lot of bold color options as well. Love that the brand is Cruelty Free. You do have to make sure the lid of the product stays tightly closed to avoid drying out, but I think I'll be able to use this up before it turns.

These non-matte Milani bullet lipsticks are just a delight. The formula and pigmentation beat out many of my higher-end lipsticks. They are easy, one-swipe application, a massive variety of colors, and the staying power is really impressive. It's creamy and non-drying. These are scented (like Fruit Punch or a Jolly Rancher), but it doesn't linger on the lips. And all for a great price from a Cruelty Free brand!
