Goldilux is probably -the- best golden eyeshadow I have ever used. It is incredibly reflective and shiny. It has this slightly glittery look to it in the container, but when applied wet or on top of a glitter adhesive it almost looks like a lighter/powdery form of gold leaf. Despite this being a loose product, I don't find it hard to apply - it doesn't fly around my face as much as some of my other loose eyeshadows do. When applying it wet you only really need a very small amount of it. To be honest I don't think I'll ever run out.

Most sheer colour-shifting eyeshadows and highlighters I've encountered have little specks of things that look like glitter in them. These don't. Their sheen is evenly distributed, which gives them more of a glowy mother-of-pearl kind of finish. Which I think is neat! The packaging is much more sturdy than I thought it would be, it's not made of normal cardboard like I had expected. The shades are subtle, but beautiful. On top of some Too Faced shadow insurance primer these colours last me all day.

I really like this. Really-really. It has helped me enjoy foundations as a whole, because I can finally adjust their colour to my liking. I can't speak for the other mixer shades, but this one is nice. It does sheer out whatever foundation you use with it, so if you're aiming for medium coverage I'd go with a full-coverage foundation. As for wear time it also decreases it a little, but seemingly only around my T-zone, and not by much if you use a primer and some powder. Personally, it doesn't break me out. I've found it useful as a liquid non-glowy/sparkly "highlight" as well: Lightening up your foundation and using it instead of a bright concealer leaves everything a little less thick. One tube is likely going to be lasting you a long time.

This pencil is decent. Being a pencil it applies thin, smooth lines effortlessly, which is great for areas like right on the edge of your eye sockets, or around your lips and eyebrows, and so on. That said I have two gripes with this product: 1) It does not stay put on my oily skin. At all. Not even with primer, or setting powder, or anything. Which kind of defeats the entire purpose of the precise lines it produces. 2) It is incredibly yellow on me. Mind you, I do have rather pink-purple toned skin, but I'd say it is so yellow that other, less cool-toned people than me might find it oddly coloured as well. On the plus side the yellow does help cancel out any blue-green tones you might have around your eyebrows. I do like this product. It's nice for lazy mornings. But it definitely can't replace my regular small dots of concealer.

This particular shade is very different to the other shades found in the contour kit. It is oddly hard, to the point where it almost comes off in flakes when you try to pick it up on a brush. It isn't very pigmented, which is fine for a highlight in my opinion, but it also wears off rather quickly. On its own it is perhaps one of the worst pressed products I've bought, which surprised me as the rest of the shades in the contour kit are quite alright. "Nectar" has a bit of the same texture problems as Ice Queen, but manages to still be usable. My only advice to make these two shades more workable is to scrape the top layer of them off.
