Beautiful on darker skin tones, to make it wearable for lighter skin tones, I mix it with a "white" highlighter and use a lighter hand.

Like it under matte foundations. Gives a beautiful glow on the skin. Can be worn alone. Not for those who don't like glow or dewy-looks. It's quite expensive though, don't know if it's worth buying again.
