About this Look

I recently cleaned out my makeup collection and found a few items I wanted to play around with! I found a beautiful black shadow with pink, orange, and blue sparkles that I felt would create a beautiful smoky eye. To compliment the blue glitters (which, unfortunately, don’t show up the best on the iPhone camera!), I used a favorite blue shadow in the waterline and added a smattering of blue freckles after concealing my own natural freckles.

Step-by-Step Guide

Face:

Mario Badescu Rosewater spray to prime and set

L'oreal Tru Match liquid foundation - Porcelain (W1). too full coverage for everyday wear for my taste, but great for when I need a blank canvas for creative looks

L.A. Girl Pro Conceal - Yellow Corrector (to correct dark circles) & Poreclain (undereye concealer and highlight)

NYC Loose Face Powder - Translucent

Maybelline The Nudes eyeshadow palette - matte taupe to contour (looking for other fair contours @ the drugstore!)

Wet n' Wild Coloricon Blush - Rosé Champagne

DLS Baked Highlighter - Bellisima

Revlon Colorstay Skinny Liquid Liner - Electric Blue (for freckles; perhaps the tip is too fine as I had troubles getting the freckles even. A blue gel liner w/ a small liner brush would probably be more effective.)

Brows:

Elf eyebrow kit - dark

Maybelline Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer - Deep brown

Eyes

Wet n' Wild Photofocus eyeshadow primer

Makeup Revolution Girls on Film palette (matte taupe to transition, grey & black to blend, light warm purple around edges; satin white & light pink metallic on inner corners)

L.A. Girl Pro Primer Eyeshadow Stick - Black

ELF Glitter Primer - Clear

Wet n' Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection - Paris Runway (eyeshadow palette that houses the black w/ glitters I used, best when patted on w/ finger)

Wet n' Wild - Brulee (to blend around edges & highlight browbone)

Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect mascara

Ulta Collection Lengthening Mascara - Vivid Blue (applied lightly overtop the black mascara for a subtle color effect)

Kiss Luxury Intense Retractable Eyeliner - Snow White (base for blue waterline; Colourpop Prance would be beautiful for a brightening baby blue look, alternately)

Kiss Single Eyeshadow - Cornflower (stunning matte bright blue shadow!! so incredible for the affordable pricetag)

Lips:

Kiss The Queen Creamy Lipstick - Unpredictable (interesting greyed-out lavender)

Soap & Glory Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss - Plumsup

*I found all my Kiss color products at a local beauty supply. I highly recommend checking out a local beauty supply to see if they carry their makeup range. Their single shadows are incredible and they offer a mix of interesting bright colors (matte orange, yellow, blue, duochrome fuschia!) and everyday shades. Only $5!

Gorgeous! LOVE the coordination of the blue in the waterline with the blue freckles! One of the most creative ideas I’ve seen that would actually be wearable/doable…. keep posting! ❣️
