About this Look
The USA World Cup game inspired me for this look, but it can also work really well as a fun 4th of July kinda thing. I primarily used the Marc Jacobs “Siren” palette for this, as well as some shade deepening using Slowburn from the Urban Decay Electric Palette. I used the Urban Decay 24/7 pencil liner in Sabbath to line my waterline and set it with the cobalt blue shadow from The Siren.
