Pink & Purple 12-11-2017
About this Look
My makeup look for today! I decided to do an experimental pink/purple look, and I really like the way it turned out. ^^
Eyes:
For my eyes, I started out by using Palladio’s Herbal Shadow & Liner Crayon in “Twilight” on one half of my eye. Twilight was the purple shade. On the other half of my eye, I used Palladio’s Herbal Shadow & Liner Crayon in “Pink Tutu,” but the color wasn’t as pigmented as I wanted it to be, so over it, I wore Colourpop’s Pressed Powder Shadow in “Pinky Promise,” which is a warm reddish pink with a metallic finish. Lastly, I applied Palladio’s Herbal Shadow & Liner Crayon in “Moonstone” to my lower lashline, and in the inner corner of my eyes, I applied “Dainty,” which is a metallic lilac color from the Colourpop “She” pressed powder eyeshadow palette that I really like.
To finish off the eye look, I used Wet ‘N’ Wild’s Color Icon Eyeliner in “Taupe of the Mornin” on one half of my waterline of my eyes, and Almay’s Intense I-Color Eyeliner in “Black Amethyst” on the other. It’s not the best eyeliner I’ve tried, but it’s my only purple eyeliner for now. Finally, I applied my Maybelline Great Lash Mascara.
Lips:
Palladio Lip Slix in “Rose Nectar.” (It tends to feather out of the lines of my lips and smudge, so I don’t use these much, but it’s still a nice color IMO.)
Face:
Wet ‘N’ Wild’s Photo Focus Concealer in “Light Ivory.”
