About this Look
A deep purple lip with simple eyes, I used MUA Luxe Velvet Lip lacquer in ‘Kooky’ with Illamsqua liquid metal pigment in ‘enrapture’ on the eyes with L’oreal gel liner intenza. I’m not sure I was inspired by anything apart from picking up the purple lip lacquer in the shop thinking ‘I don’t have any purples, I need some purple’. It feels a bit 90s goth to me, which is no bad thing. The lip laquer appears more uneven in pictures than it did in real life, I think more coats were needed! The eye pigment creases a lot too, even with a primer (rimmel) but perhaps I need a better primer? I’m a newbie with cream eyeshadows.
