A Shimmering, Taupe & Coral Look featuring Chanel and Tom Ford
About this Look
Here’s a quick look I put together for cheek color swatches as all my eye-related products for testing were a little too rich to work.
I figured that maybe it was time to try two of my favorite quads together for a very summery eye–the luminosity of the finishes in both quads always reminds me of summer.

Oh, Empreinte du Desert….I so love that quad and wish Chanel would re-release it because it’s such a stunner. I don’t have TF’s Nude Dip but if I stumble across it (when I’m ever at a Holt’s), I just might grab it though it’s quite “dupe-able” from everything I already have.
Oh, it’s dupable for sure – I think the only aspect that isn’t as “dupable” is just that the finish shares the same melty characteristic as the Chanel Empreinte du Desert formula – but they are just shimmery neutrals!
This is lovely! I loved your makeup tutorial photos fro m the other day. It makes me appreciate your looks even more because I notice more of the subtle color placement 🙂
Yay! Thank you, Jess!
