Looks - Originals Green-Themed using Ochre Style, Clue, Daisychain
I used Golden Olive pigment on all over lid, Ochre Style eyeshadow on inner lid, Goldmine eyeshadow on middle of lid, Velvet Moss eyeshadow on outer lid and crease, Clue eyeshadow in outer crease, Juxt eyeshadow above crease, Daisychain eyeshadow on brow, and Feline kohl power on lower lash line. I wore Springsheen blush with Sculpt sculpting powder to contour and Dancing Light beauty powder to highlight. I had Rozz Revival lipstick with Full On Lust lipglasso n my lips.
Absolutely Gorgeous and you are not a makeup artist? You really should consider it.
By the way, the event went well in DC. Happy New Year to you as well.
Thank you, Leslie! I’m not at all interested in a career as an artist, honest 🙂
I’m happy to hear the event went well!
beautiful like always !! ill never stop whining bout how unhappy i am that i cant use green eyeshadows since i love green color but i got green/yellow eyes so it really sucks when i use the same color for make up :((
Thanks Camilla! I still refuse to believe you can’t use green shadows! My eyes are slightly green and they only make them look more green.
Beautiful! I love it. Green is my favorite color on you! I love the golden olive, full on lust combo!
Camilla – Have you tried deeper greens like Metal X 6th sin? I’m sure that would be amazing on you!
No i didnt try it yet, thanks a lot for the advice ill try to use it soon! I really like green but all the lighter and medium shades look tragic on my eyes, make them look blurry, even if its a small accent in make up
I know what you mean. My eyes are blue and I can’t pull off the light blue colors either!
Thank you so much, Melissa! 🙂
AHHH pretty!
Thanks Carrie!
great look!!! …my buddy at my job ..wears green eyeshadow every day but spice it up w/ some colors…it looks so dope! like yours.
Thanks Lala! Oh, wow, everyday!
Fantastic green look! I am going to copy this. Love the green top too!
Thanks Donna! Let me know how it turns out for you!
Lovely look! You do such a great job with your make-up, it is so inspiring! I’m a simple kohl, lipgloss girl, but looking at your site I’m heartily inspired to try eye-shadows and blush. I’ve tried an olive look, but on my Indian skin it does not show as clearly as it would on lighter skin. Maybe cream shadows would help? I use local powder eye palettes, would it help to have cream shadows?
You are an amazing artist – I’ve been lurking here for weeks. hehe
Thanks so much! I’m glad you find my looks inspiring 🙂 I prefer powder shadows, but just make sure you use a base – like Urban Decay Primer Potion or L’Oreal’s De-crease before you use them. That’ll help them show up better!
aww, you look so pretty christine. i love greens but i love olive greens so much because it’s the only green i find that looks natural and looks good on me. i’m nc30 too and i’ve tried all kinds of greens until i found this one and you’re wearing one of my favorites. you look adorable, like you’re going on a lunch date.
Thanks Victoria! I’m glad that you’re rockin’ the olive greens, too!
Green looks absolutely amazing on you. Your eyes really pop! :)Would the same effect be achieved with something zany like a green mascara you think? With natural eyeshadow of course.
Thanks, Sal! I’m sure that colored mascara would definitely make your eyes pop!
your blushed look awesome, it does look highlighted!
had been a silent reader for your blog a long time!
Thanks so much Ping! I’m happy to hear from you! Don’t stay silent 🙂
Lovely color combo! I love your blending skills! You must be so patient 😉
Thanks Tonee! 🙂 Lots of practice makes it a much faster process, ha!
This is incredibly beautiful! You look amazing, Christine!
Thank you so much, Sash!
