So many out of the park formulas out there, and this one wouldn’t be it for me.
i splurged on a bunch of these since i love lisa eldridge – i think this batch of luxuriously lucent lipsticks are a lot better than the last iteration in terms of being buildable/pigmentation and i like them a lot! i LOVE the color of strawberry shock and i think it would look amazing on anyone unfortunately the formula is a bit drying on me so i’m glad i didn’t also get sunday matinee which i was considering
I got Night Thoughts and New Wave, and Strawberry Shock is on its way to me. In different videos you can see the “punk pink” undertone to that, which sold me on what will be the warmest color by far that I own. Very happy so far, as usual! New Wave is an instant staple.
Strawberry Shock, though! I need this in my life, I think. Unless I actually have a dupe? But, I doubt it.

Never tried anything from her line; this could be my first purchase. I need the temperature to go down before I order any lipsticks online.
Night Thoughts is lovely. I may grab it.
Lots of lip shades this season to make up for all that we missed in our mask wearing times. These are more summery kind of shades and they look light and fresh.
I got Je Ne Sais Quoi, Wonder Wheel and Strawberry Shock and I like them all. Strawberry Shock is such a beautiful shade for summer. I put a lip balm prior to applying this particular shade. The other two shades (in Luxuriously Lucent formula) do not require any lip balm. I find the formula improved in terms of application and staying power, at least for these two shades. They are moisturizing, and after a number of hours when the shine is gone, they leave behind a beautiful colour.
I’ve been stalking swatches of these and I love how different the Luxuriously Lucents look on different people! I am very interested in Wonder Wheel, Je Ne Sais Quoi, Rosy Shell, and Night Thoughts (I rarely go dark but there is something so intriguing about this one). My interest in Palazzo has been going up too.
Strawberry Shock and New Wave are so striking. I’m not sure I could wear them but I love how they look.
I have Night Thoughts, New Wave and Wonder Wheel. I love her lip formulas. New Wave is my absolute favorite it’s so lite, pigmented, smooth and a joy to wear. Wonder Wheel is my first Coral lipstick I can rock without a lip liner (I’m a WOC Medium Deep MAC NC47 with Yellow undertone just for reference), it’s absolutely beautiful on. Night Thoughts is nice as you can build to your liking. Anyone on the fence about purchasing one go for at least one…you won’t be disappointed. I have 15 shades total in my Lisa Eldridge collection…I would’ve had more but I have great dupes for many of the others I wanted.
