La Mer: The Radiant Concealer SPF 25

La Mer:  The Radiant Concealer SPF 25

The Max Huber Research Labs designed La Mer’s gemstone-infused Skincolor Collection to help capture light and transfer its energy to the skin, continuously enhancing the benefits of La Mer skincare. Providing a translucent color palette, La Mer Skincolor allows the skin to be washed with light to invisibly and completely smooth away imperfections, revealing a naturally radiant finish. Today, the Max Huber Research Labs unveils the next generation of Skincolor: The Radiant Concealer SPF 25.

This lightweight cream-to-powder concealer was formulated to instantly camouflage and ease imperfections. Tourmaline and malachite gemstones capture light energy to instantly conceal dark circles and blemishes. The Radiant Concealer SPF 25 optically erases imperfections to create a smooth even finish, while complementing the benefits of The Eye Balm and The Eye Concentrate.

Precious marine and plant extracts help reduce the appearance of dark under eye circles, puffiness, and pores. Meanwhile, with use, visible redness and discoloration are diminished as a soothing chamomile extract and an Asian mushroom called Viapure Poria continuously calms and soothes the skin.

A unique polymer mesh technology delivers buildable, diaphanous layers to create a crease-resistant flexible/breathable application. Skin stays naturally flawless all day. Helps protect skin with SPF 25.

The Radiant Concealer SPF 25 is available in three scientifically engineered translucent full coverage, skin-perfecting, radiance-enhancing hues: Ivory, Beige, and Natural Warm.

Availablility Select Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and lamer.com.  The Radiant Concealer SPF 25 will retail for $65.

I think I rather try the Treatment Powder Foundation first. I have the loose powder & I love it but I think I’ll pass on this. The packaging is pretty but $65 for a concealer seems kind of high.

Sounds nice but at that price the only way id try it is if it were given to me as a gift no way in hell would i spend that much on a concealer!

lol I laughed so hard when I read ‘scientifically engineered’ It sounds so cool, high-tech and advanced but considering that most beauty products are created/produced by biochemists and chemical engineers, cover girl could say the same thing.

Hello, Beauty Ladies!

Do you have any idea of how to get samples for La Mer products? The SA told me that none were available (I had asked for a Creme de La Mer sample) 🙁

Those things are wayyyyy out of my budget, and I’d really like to try them out, and see if they are worth the price 😉

A concealer at that price, that’s too expensive imo…

She either doesn’t know her stuff or she lied to you. I have received samples of the Creme de La Mer and the gel version one. I also had a sample of the Treatment Creme Foundation but I gave it away to a friend. I received all samples from the SA at Nordstroms.

Where are you inuchan? I have the Cleansing Foam that I have stopped using. Would you like it?

Hi Nicci,

Thank you for your reply !!

Well, I ended up asking at another beauty counter (a new shop near my office), and this time, I could have a sample of the moisturizing cream !! (apparently the SA there told me that the samples are available only when purchasing some La Mer products (quite odd, right), but since I was purchasing some Chanel products, this was still a purchase, and she would accept to give me 1 sample, yay!

I am quite far away in Europe, but thank you for asking, this is very sweet from you! though I think I’ll decline: since I just got a sample, maybe some of your friends would be interested in trying? 🙂

Viapure Poria? I couldn’t find that thing on Wikipedia. not really on google as well. Wonder if it’s a misspelling or hype. I’ll pass 1) expensive 2) i don’t wear concealer anyway Nice info!
