Have you ever stayed up to buy a beauty product when it launched? If so, what was it? Was it worth it?
I’m lucky to be on the west coast, so a lot of times I only have to stay up til 9-10PM, which isn’t bad at all. I’ve been around for many a MAC launch, though I’ve certainly been at the computer at 5AM to catch products like Marine Life. I’ve never stayed up – but I will check for a a really big launch every time I wake up (I am a light sleeper, so I usually wake up five times a night).

No. Temptalia gives me enough notice…and if it sell so fast, it is not worth it….It is not like waiting for Mervyns to open. Launches are not like eBay bids.
I actually haven’t. I realized I’m actually very immune to LE hype. Though I had to give in to Dragon when it was becoming discontinued

I have never stayed up to wait for a new product to launch but I have set the alarm a few times when a new sale starts. Haha 🙂
I def couldn’t sleep the night before Bare Escentuals Ready solid eye shadows came out!!! Couldn’t wait to get to work and play!!!! Then the big decisions came…which duos/quads should i buy? I’ve spent many sleepless nights focused on new products.
I’ve done it a couple of times. Last time was UD’s15 anniversary palettes. I was studying @ 2am I think and I got it! I was so happy!!!

No, not yet ! I am a beauty addict but a heavy sleeper too. LOL
No, never. I love make up but my sleeping hours are just precious!
I stayed up for the Pink Friday lipstick because I really really wanted it as a Christmas present for my friend (and didn’t know what I was going to get her if I missed out)
No but I do work fairly close to a MAC Pro store and go one week before collections launch to grab the products I want before they sell out.
I definitely set my alarm for 5am so I could get up and get Stereo Rose! So not worth it lol…
No, but I’ve spent an excessive amount of time pouring over products to ensure that I select what’s best for me. Christine you have taken a lot of the guess work out of it. Your reviews are spot on, I trust them and I’m now more confident in my purchases. You have saved me both time & money. Thanks much for that!

No, I haven’t stayed up to buy a product online.
I was once going to a counter before noon to catch the products, I wanted to have. I think it was MAC Smoke & Diamonds. Was it worth it? No, not really. But I preordered several times products before they were released.
Not at all o_o I usually just call the store to hold it if I’m really worried, but it doesn’t seem to be necessary, so I end up feeling like a fool. I can usually get anything I want if I pop in the day of. But then again, I don’t live in too big of a city!

I stayed up for the Pink for Friday lipstick lol. & I plan on staying up for the Shop MAC, Cook MAC collection!
