MAC PRO gets them early!
I spent rather a lot this week. From MAC I got Cinderfella, Smutty Green, Daylight, the 286 brush, and the Berry pigment Dazzlesphere. From Urban Decay I got the 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils in Perversion and Delinquent plus the 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Liner in Retrograde. I also got the Estée Lauder Cyber Metallic eyeshadows in Cyber Lilac and Cyber Silver, and a free Soap & Glory “Thick & Fast” mascara with Elle magazine. I’ve also recently discovered Rockalily lipsticks (www.rockalily.com)and got Pompadour Pink, Rockette Red, Mermaid, Sailors Beware and their brand new colour ZOMG! I’m very impressed with them.
I’m hoping to catch up on a bit of sleep this weekend, kids permitting.
My “go to” eyeliners are MAC’s Blacktrack fluidline or Bourjois Liner Pinceau in Noir

Weekend plans: I leave for Basic Training tomorrow, so packing today, and trying to sleep!

I seriously squeed when I saw all of the MAC boxes! So excited to see what the products actually look like. And hopefully it will cut my list down instead of add to it…..but that never happens
I was abled to place an oline order for the new MAC collections so I jumped on it :

Haul: Urban Decay’s Naked 2 Palette, Julie Hewett lip balm and a bunch of INGLOT eyeshadows
Even though I already have UD’s original Naked palette I still felt I needed the Naked 2 palette. All the shades that drew me to the second one were not in the original one and I love the dual ended brush. If given the choice, I prefer the second palette better because it has a matte black and medium toned brown with a double ended brush. But that’s just me.
Weekend Plans: I’ll be teaching two jewelrymaking classes. Maybe I can squeeze in a movie.
Eyeliner I always reach for: It depends on what is on my bathroom counter. Lately, I have been reaching for my MAC Kohl Pencil in Feline.
Haul: I promised hubby, after my last MAC order, that I’d not buy anything cosmetic for a month, with the exception of the Naked2 palette, which I got this week, and also Kiehl’s avocado eye cream (very moisturising)
Plans: get the last of my daughter’s stuff stored in the basement (it’s all piled up in the living room and guest room right now)
Eyeliner I always reach for: GOSH Metallic Brass but I really want to give the Tarina Tarantino liners a try.
I got runaway red, watch me simmer and quick sizzle.. also hush, hush tendertone! I loooooove them all! Runaway red is the best red lipstick on my skintone!!!! I can’t wait for your reviews so I can grab some quads!

Haul: Besides receiving what I bought last week (Bdellium brushes, brush pouch, the brush guard, NARS stick concealer), I ordered NARS Paramaribo, Mexican Rose, and two Revlon Lip Butters this week (Peach Parfait and Cherry Tart).
Weekend plans: Going grocery-shopping, seeing a friend tomorrow night if the weather permits (snow storm this afternoon), and chilling!

Cutest Mellan photo ever! So glad he’s comfortable lounging around in MAC. Now I’m thinking those boxes could be made into a really great doggie cape or blanket (Mellan may not appreciate that so much though).

Plans: my little girl is sick so lots of cuddling and perhaps some ice cream sharing 🙂 I have to mail a care package to my hubby tomorrow so post office is also on the list!!
Eyeliner: well I lost my mufe aqua eyes which I was in love with so I would say no liner- black shadow on an angle brush 🙂

Weekend plans: Catch up time! I have a study date with a friend today and then I have so much reading to do for classes it’s not even funny.
Eyeliner you always reach for?: Having been wearing any lately, actually! If anything, it’s just a dark eyeshadow on an angled brush.

Haul: iPhone, Fresh Soy Face Cleanser and I meant to buy the Josie Maran Argan Oil, but accidentally bought the sunscreen instead, so I’m exchanging that tonight or tomorrow.

Eyeliner: Lately Chanel Stylo Yeux in Brun Cuivre just under outer third of lower lash line in the mornings with Mac Soft & Gentle all over the eye and under it and Lancome Definicils mascara.
Haul: Maybelline Colour Tatoo in bright and tangy and my favorite kiss my face moisturiser
Weekend Plans: Homework, Walk the Dog, Laundry, Grocery Shopping. My life is so exciting!

Haul: A bunch of little things picked up on sale – Maybelline Cream Mousse blush in Soft Plum, Wet ‘n’ Wild H2O Proof liquid liner in Ultra Black and Smoky, Wet ‘n’ Wild Pride palette, and Milani Berry Rich lipstick.
Weekend Plans: Work. And studying for an Organic Chem exam. 😐
Eyeliner you always reach for: My Sephora black kohl liner actually gets a surprising amount of use, but the Estee Lauder kajal liners are my babies.
Haul – Today is my birthday, so with a Sephora gift card, I got the UD Naked Palette and 2 Sephora makeup bags (a large one and a small one for brushes) and my Rewards Member birthday gift. Then I went to Ulta and got 2 NYX lip liners, an Ulta dual pencil sharpener (big enough for the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils), and my first Zoya polish in Dree.
Weekend Plans – Hanging out with my family and watching the Superbowl. Go Commercials! Haha
Eyeliner – I’ve been reaching for UD Zero a lot, but moreso because I want to use it up…there is only a little bit left!
Haul: Some items from MAC: Shop MAC, Cook MAC and MAC + Vera actually 🙂 Also JUST got some stuff from Tom Ford (eyeshadow palette, blush, lipgloss and highlight pens – I wanted to test a few different products to see what I thought)

Haul: I picked up Essie Luxe Effects in Shine of the Times and a new Orly Bonder Base. Despite buying lash glue last week, I decided to pick up that Revlon lash glue with the brush applicator to try and take on-the-go. I picked up Ardell 301s (half lashes). At Walgreens, noticed a new beauty blender dupe, so decided to pick it up since it was only $7 or $8. I also made Benefit Hervana mine this week, woot. I’m thinking that was it for beauty related stuff this week.
Weekend plans: Clean and Superbowl!

Eyeliner I always reach for: MAC fluidline in Dipdown is my current go-to, though I’m trying to cycle my eyeliners more often.
I’ve been out of the makeup loop for a while now and I only recently learned that Chanel’s Aqualumiere lipsticks have been discontinued. Although there are duplicates for many of the Aqualumiere colors in the Rouge Coco Shine colors, the Monte Carlo Aqualumiere isn’t one of them. This despite the confusing/misleading fact that there is a RCS named Monte Carlo 🙁 Any of you know a good dupe for Chanel’s Monte Carlo Aqualumiere?

Haul: While awaiting my MAC Shop/Cook/Vera collections preorder, which will arrive next Friday, I ordered a replacement CCB in Take Root, A Perfect Day lippie (the only one that I didn’t get from the Naturally collection) and Azalea Blossom blush

Haul: Maybelline Color Tattoo shadows. Finally found some at my work (the grocery store) of all places…got the teal, taupe, bronze, gray, and emerald ones. Also bought samples of MAC pigments (blue-brown, vanilla, naked) from MakeupGeek.
Weekend plans: One day of work then I start my week of paid vacation! So excited 🙂
Eyeliner you always reach for?: L’oreal infallible lineur intense. Super pigmented, creamy, easy to blend…I like it better than most expensive ones.
