Bobbi Brown Mauve Collection

Set for July 2008, Bobbi Brown will launch her Mauve Collection, which is for those who want “definition and polish without looking overdone.” Review is forthcoming!

Bobbi on her inspiration: “These shades were inspired by the covers of beautiful vintage books. Infused with hints of purple, grey and brown, mauve makeup is a cool neutral that’s very wearable.”

Mauve Face Palette ($55.00) | This season, diffused hues of mauve add definition and polish without looking overdone. Wow…this collection looks so nice….I’ve already bought the Mauve palette on Ebay so I can’t wait to try it out! I <3 BB palette’s….I just don’t use them…:-S but they are so gorgeous!

Wow, that palette looks like a perfect everyday palette. I love mauves… I feel they suite me well. So I may want to check this out. I haven’t used many BB products, but I’ve been very tempted lately what with this & that rasberry collection.

I already have the palette and the Black Pearl l/g. They are truly gorgeous. Every shade in the palette is a winner, which is a rare thing imo! One of BB´s best collections to date I think, because the colors are wearable but far from boring or run off the mill. The Black Pearl gloss is unique.

Loooooove the palette!
It looks so wearable.
I´ve been a sucker for BB mu for a few months now. Her e/s are so smooth and pigmented. I only wish they were smaller and cheaper – how should I ever use thema all up?!
I love her lipsticks as well and the blushes – they don´t break me out, yay! :o)

I bought the palette and felt that this time the shadows were much chalkier than before. I tested before buying and was disappointed and yet I bought it (then returned). Gorgeous but chalky. The Black Pearl lip gloss is TRULY unique and the gel liners are my HG so of course I bought them!

I remember the model you posted entering in Seventeen Magazine’s model search back in her teens and just thought she was the prettiest thing!

I’m glad she stuck in the business.

BTW, I’ve never tried any of BB’s collection.
