Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Usually the same amount as I do at home, but it depends on where and when I’m going, the weather, activities, etc. Heat, humidity, and outdoor activities usually have me wearing minimal makeup.

If I’ll be going to a concert or other event , a nice dinner out, etc. during the trip, I may wear slightly more makeup than usual for those things. I’ll wear my usual amount of makeup the rest of the time.

I wear more, because I’m usually going to see people. As a remote-work goblin addicted to curbside shopping, my “beauty routine” only goes beyond cleanliness when it can’t be avoided.

Maybe a little bit less, but mostly about the same. it depends on the situation. If I’m in a city exploring or visiting, I wear the same makeup I would wear during work week. If I’m hiking or otherwise exploring outdoors or engaging in physically activity, I don’t wear makeup.
I have a small curated makeup collection, and one of the many advantages is I can easily take almost all my makeup when I’m traveling, especially if I have a checked bag.

I take a little kit with me that has a very tailored set of products. Mostly, I wear my normal amount (which isn’t much), but I make sure the kit has the potential for a full face. That way, I can do it up if we end up going somewhere fancy.

I wear less around the eyes — I get paranoid about traveling with my big palettes, so often take my smaller ones with me which I just don’t like as much or they aren’t as versatile. Otherwise, about the same amount.
