ColourPop Smokin’ Hot Mega Palette launched this past week as the brand’s newest 30-pan palette. It is a mix of very warm-toned, red/orange based hues from lighter peach to darker coppers. This palette has me feeling like I just went back in time. Here are swatches!

Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

The ones that would look exactly alike on your eyes, you mean? I think newbies are all at CP for their well known prices and quality. Newbies need lots of shadows! Since a high percentage of CP clientele is relatively unstocked, that probably accounts for so many re-churns that only leave the overstocked (most of us ) weary.

Quite a repetitious, large palette – and I’m wondering how commercially viable these monster palettes are?
Secondly, as Nancy has rightly stated – how many vivid orangey mattes can there be in one palette?
The shimmer shades look OK – I think there might be a glitter one in there, but a plethora of one kind of shades makes this palette redundant.
