ColourPop’s Celestial Collection is sort of a two-in-one collection, so these are the two new products in the “green” set–a new eyeshadow palette and powder blush. There are also two Lux Glosses (Come Thru, Overnight), which are repromotes (so I’ve already reviewed + swatched them!). These new products along with the other set (All Things palette, Interstellar blush, and Staying Up/Tied Up glosses) launch at 9AM PST today–I’ll be purchasing the other set at that point but shipping might be delayed a bit so I don’t have an ETA on swatches for those.

Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Meh. Way too many orange-based tones and an odd-man-out cool, barely-pigmented pink…all in the mid range w a lonely, chalky-looking barely-pink light. I wanted this until I saw the swatches. Barely any depth. They really missed an opportunity to go after the ND Retro Mini crowd, too….a taupe/cool base on one or two of those, kill off one of the 5011 oranges, add a deeper olive or mossy muted matte….ayyy. Colourpop is basically throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. And those glitters. Ugh. They aren’t going to stop until somebody is injured so badly they sue. I wanted to like this one so badly. πŸ™

I am SO with you on this. Hugely sick of everything being warm based, and that glitter?! Ugh!!!! Don’t waste the space where a perfectly good shadow could go, Colourpop!!! I did go for the Meteor, Rite? palette, even though I couldn’t find swatches of it anywhere for the life of me; but that was because I really wanted the Making Mauves palette and can’t get it until the world stops being deathly.

“Don’t waste the space where a perfectly good shadow could go, Colourpop!!!” <— Heehee, Are. You. Me. I swear this was me all day yesterday. I can't figure out if CP is just being lazy and more concerned w churning out a palette every 5 minutes, or if it's just a supply/demand money grab….but either way makes me sad bc they've lost the plot completely. CP 2-3 yrs ago was soooo about quality and thoughtfully curated color stories. What the heck happened. πŸ™
