How to Apply Cream Eyeshadow: Put a dab on the back of your hand and use a fluffy flat (not dense) lid brush. Brush it onto the lids. Work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down, don’t be afraid to rub gently back and forth to fill in missing areas.
