Clinique Upgrades Their Sun Care Just In Time for Summer 2009

Clinique Upgrades Their Sun Care

Reader KaylaK told us how Clinique was revamping their sun care line, and I thought to myself, “Why? What’s wrong with it?!” Nordstrom.com is showing the newly re-done sun care line, and it all looks STUNNING! I have to give Clinique kudos on making it fun, summery, and just cool. The packaging is sleek and stands out without being wasteful. I haven’t heard if they’ve changed up formulations yet, but I’m diggin’ the new look. What about you?

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Yeah their better, they have this new tech on it called SolarSmart or something, and what it is I will be honest I am not totally sure lol. My seminar is on the 26th of March (stupid ice storm cancelled the original one) so I will know what this technology is by then! Ohhhh I forgot new foundation coming out in March called Even Better Skin Correcting SPF 15 Foundation. I am assuming it’s going to have some decent coverage as it’s suppose to be skin correcting so I will update that when I get my hands on it!

One reason might be the new European regulations. As of this year every suncare product has to clearly state UVA protection and has to do it according to a low -medium – high standard (no more numbers or sun block names). A lot of European brands have been taking that as an extra reason to revamp sun products
