I thought this was the naked cherry palette at first glance, haha
Same! I did a double take!
I did as well!
I am not a big fan of CT eye shadow formula and these colours all look similar and available in formulas that I prefer so this is an easy pass for me. I did order her new finishing powder and her new lipstick shade as I do like her Matte Revolution formula. I also admit to a personal bias as I don’t care for her starting every post, commercial, etc with “darlings”. It just feels fake to me. Anyway, that is my personal issue and I hope that this scores well for those that love her palettes and collect her Christmas palette each year.
Very pretty. Can’t wait for your review!
If I saw this palette a year and a half ago, I’d be on it.
The swatches are nice, and the set up makes it foolproof. Then you can change up the quads. But surely, i’m not the only one thinking been there, done that?
Looks like UD’s Naked Heat and Naked Cherry had a baby, LOL! The good news is that I only spot one noticeable “dud”.
I agree. The UD Heat Palette is the first thing I thought of!
I have a funny feeling that CT has missed the boat here as all of these shades have been done to death recently. A lot of the shades seem fairly similar to each other and whilst they might be OK, they are not stellar for the price.
My thoughts exactly!
I understand the shadows have been reformulated from last year’s edition. I expect to pick this up at some point, having read/heard positive reviews since it launched.
The swatches look nice and seemingly performed better than last year’s Instant Eye Look palette; it’s my understanding that the new one is a different formula. But I had purchased last year’s Instant Eye Look palette and hated it so “once burned, twice shy” and I’ll be passing on this.
This is pretty and I really like the packaging, but once again, pink is not my thing.
