I prefer translucent because most of the eyeshadows I reach for are pigmented enough that I don’t need a colored primer to boost, and I definitely find translucent primers easier to build on top of than colored bases, which are often thicker.
I’m so used to NOT using a base that I tend to only use them for multi-shade looks, usually on the lid, or as an eyeliner.

I think a lot of the mini face palettes end up suiting a narrower set of skin tones/preferences, so I always feel like there’s one or more shades that I wouldn’t reach for.
Love mini sets of liquid blushes (they always take so long to finish) and lipsticks. I also love fragrance minis!
Rare Beauty Bronzer Sticks, which were better than expected, or maybe the NABLA Beyond Jelly Lipsticks!
I can’t recall any recent regrets about not purchasing – still fortunate that I can justify purchasing for review most things that do interest me.
