Brown & Green Look with Chantecaille

Brown & Green Look with Chantecaille

This is one of the looks I wore when I swatched the Sheen Supreme lipsticks.

You will need the following…

For eyes, start by applying Smudgeproof as your eyeshadow base all over the eye area with the 249.  Apply the base eyeshadow to the inner half of the lid and tearduct with the 239.  Next, apply the eye color eyeshadow to the outer half of the lid with the 239.  Then, apply the eye definer eyeshadow to the outer fourth of the lid.  Highlight the brow bone with base eyeshadow with the 239.  Apply #12L liner on the lower lash line.  Finish by sweeping lashes with Inimitable Intense mascara.

For cheeks, apply Tea Petal cremeblend blush on the apples of the cheeks and pat towards the temple with fingers.

For lips, apply Kissable slimshine for a complementing lip.

Wow, Christine your eyes look amazing! And the colors are so wearable. The contouring came out so beautifully, really enhances the shape of your eyes. I know you were testing products but I think this would be incredible with the Korres natural blush and a deep wine or berry lip– sultry and romantic and demure at the same time. Please please do this contouring again in future, I completely love it!

Those are some seriously hot turtles!

I…LLLLOOOOVVVVEEEE this !!

This is gorgeous! Neutral, but yet a bit of color. That’s so superrrbbb…

I had a neutral smokey look about a week ago (but not a half as gorgeous as yours) and then i used turquoise eyeshadow lining on the bottom of lower lash line and I think it was cool! Brought a pop to just simple smokey. Liked it!

Ps. MAC Kissable is just so cool that I wish it would be produced once more

Beautiful! I really love the shimmers in those e/s, they’re completely lovely!
I’m not sold on MAC cream blushes (yet) so I’ll have to overcome my BB Pot Rouge adoration and check these out. Are Cremeblends as pigmented as Pot Rouge’s do you think? (> goes off to re-read the Cremeblend post)

Thanks Christine 🙂

Wow – what a gorgeous look on you, Christine. Those shadows and the way you’ve applied them have made a really flattering look. These are just a bit too rich for my blood (even if they were available near me) but now I’m craving them again!!!

Pretty. I really like the look of teal shadow or eye liner paired with neutral/warm shades. This is one of the loveliest looks you’ve done.

Oh I’m so glad I bought the palette, thanks to your review! Now I can’t wait to recreate this look once it arrives. Thanks again!

Do you ever do a ‘bad’ look??

I am in love with all these looks and you really inspire some great shopping. They bring the products to life, and take the colours beyond a swatch.

Thanks for all the work you do!

Yikes, bought it today in Vancouver, Canada. It turned out to be $98 before tax (and $109.76 after tax) so that makes it $261/ounce. If you live in Canada, it’s a better deal to order it from the US with shipping since the dollar is pretty much on par these few months.
