I’m confused wasn’t the neons and nudes collection the spring one… Also I got the bronze shimmer brick and I can’t get it to show up on my nw35 skin
Is this normal?

Use a neutral blush under the shimmer brick. I’m a NC50 and I also have the bronze shimmer brick and sometimes to tone it down I use a neutral blush either on top or under the shimmer. I hope this helps out.

Ooooooooh, I am loving those shimmer bricks. I purchased the bronze one for my mother last year and I’ve tried it a couple of times – gives a really lovely glow if dusted lightly over blush or matte bronzer 🙂 I must check that Rose Gold one, it’s really pretty.

OMG, that lip color is so heartbreakingly perfect “my lips but better” it makes me want to cry… simple and flawless never goes out of style and Bobbi Brown reminds me of this every season…

I’ll be curious to see what parts of this collection show up in Canada- we’ve never received the Rich Lip Colours…

Also, that press release has a pretty hilarious typo (at least I’m assuming it’s a typo) : “Inspired by her treasured rose-gold wedding bang”

I don’t know if I am strong enough to resist buying both shimmerbricks! These new ones look similar to her “quartz” and “rose” shimmerbricks, at least from the photos. Also, I love that rich color gloss — buff is my favorite– a great milky pink. Ill have to pick up a couple of those!

Guys, I know its a bit crazy to ask this, but have you all ever tasted Bobbie Brown lipsticks? I mean when you swipe the colour on your lips, do you detect a faint smell and a funny taste. To me, it sorta tastes like plastic. you know how Chanel Rouge Allure has the vanila scent and taste, Guerlain has violets, I feel like Bobbie Brown has plastic or at least something artifical about its taste and smell. Just wondering if you all has ever noticed it. Thanks alooot !! And Christine, you rock mama!!!!

Hi Deepa,
I use the lipsticks a lot (both the regular and Rich Lip Color, and also the balm-type (thin long) lipstick). Never noticed a smell (at least not a particular one)! But it happens to me sometimes, too, that I smell or taste something nobody else seems to notice 🙂
