It’s very annoying to encounter sites like urbandecay.com, sephora.com, that refuse to accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the US. To my dismay, bobbibrown.com is one of them too. 🙁
I have forwarding addresses in both Oregon and California, and these discounts would actually mean something if I could pay with my Singapore-billed credit card.
