With 55+ highlighters reviewed that were under $15, I was surprised ColourPop only made up 22 of them, LOL! I adore ColourPop's highlighters (often in the form of Super Shock Cheek or Lite Stix), but Elf Halo Glow is an excellent liquid highlighter that I really love for mixing in with foundation.
