Must resist Whiskey and Taro! BITE has one of the best lipstick formulas on the market, so hoping the more unique colors ( green, blue, lavender) score well. Curious how these compare to UD’s new formula!

Too funny. You always say what I think; there must be some gene for color affinity/preference that we share. Assume these will make it to the store. Interesting that Sepho does have some stuff that never leaves the warehouse for the store, and only goes directly to the consumer from online orders. My locals often never receive the More Lip collections, except at Xmas. Some SAs had not even heard of the nude collection.

It’s a costs effectiveness strategy. For a lot of LE products, having the limited supply in one distribution center cuts down costs by not having to send supply to every store in the country all at one time, especially products in short supply. For LE collections/new products, they trickle down, allowing the hype to quell before sending out to stores, allowing stores to keep supply in-stock, and easing the need for multiple deliveries in the week & maintaining storage space.

Well, at least that’s what a store manager told me, LOL! It does make sense, though.

Exactly. Sure that is true. It seems, though, that the SAs should be utd with what is online. I had one argue w/, berate me for referring to MUFE shadows by shade name. She scoffed that I had no idea what I was talking about. I was polite in suggesting that she could indeed find shade names by looking online…and that some Sephora favorites were online only, as well. What I really wanted to do was suggest that she get me someone who knew what she was talking about, rather than make fun of a customer, who actually WAS right, in this case.

If Whiskey, Thistle & Taro look as good on the lips as they do in the picture-might have to get them. Cause I need more lippies ? I didn’t see any notice from Sephora email-glad you let us know. Agreed they look more fall/winter.

I love that “weird” lipstick colours are becoming more and more available! And that BITE has gone with these totally non stereotypical colours for summer!

A++ for uniqueness, I hope the quality is just as good as the concept!

I’m actually very glad to see BITE chose to launch darker colors for summer. Most people tend to wear lighter shades during spring/summer, but darker shades look great on me. So summer or not, I rock those vampy shades. They are not just cute for fall and winter, and BITE just reminded us. Would love to get my hands on these!
