Best of ILIA Beauty Multi-Sticks
There are eight shades in the ($34.00 for 0.15 oz.) range. They’re designed for use on the cheeks and lips to give a “soft wash of color” that can be applied using fingertips or a brush. They performed better as a cream blush than a lip balm but were often workable as a tint of color but I’d recommend an actual balm on top for hydration.
