I really don’t use eye cream in general, as nearly all of them tend to burn and/or sting my eyes (and yes, I apply on the eye contour/orbital bone, not right up against the lash line!).

Holika Holika My Dark Eye Stealer and Philosophy Eye Hope. The first helps treat dark circles and hydrates and the latter helps remove fine lines and hydrates. I haven’t found that looks after everything, so I use Holika Holika under makeup in the mornings and Philosophy in the evenings.
My favorite is Image Ageless Eye Lift Creme. It hydrates, soothes, and tightens. I’ve used it for years, and it’s the only cream that works for me.

I haven´t tried many eye creams, only 2. First I tried the clinique one, but it burned my eye a little bit. Now I am using ULTRA CORRECTION LINE REPAIR by chanel, and it does not burn my eyes and it is working for me (I have very sensitive eyes). The only downside is the price (I’ve decided to invest a little bit more in the eye area), but it lasts for a long time.
I really like Avon’s Anew Clinical Eye Lift – I’ve not dabbled too much in eye creams, but after I started using this the ‘bobbly’ texture under my eyes went away.
StriVectin, for sure! I definitely saw overnight results, as far as puffiness and swolleness goes, and over time the little lines were fading too. I got it as a sample and can’t afford to buy, but it was wow wow wow!
Caudalie premier cru eye cream is the best i’ve tried. it make my dark circles disappear. however, it also made my eyes water so the outer corners got dry. its expensive and it lasted a long time. i’m trying one by shiseido right now. it moisturizes well, but isn’t doing much for my dark circles.
I love Clarins Eye Revive Beauty Flash, the eye version of their Beauty Flash Balm. I’m fortunate that I don’t have any wrinkles, but I do have bags under my eyes (even after having a blepharoplasty one year ago!), and this cream helps with the puffiness and the tired look.
I don’t actually use eye creams, but I’ve tried Tarte’s Maracuja C-Brighter Eye Treatment which did not burn my eyes, so I guess that’s a plus.
I am 38 so eye cream is a MUST for me, I’ve tried Lancôme, Olay, Origins, countless other brands and the best one so far is Ahava extra firming. It leaves my under eye area so soft and moisturizer, doesn’t interfere with my makeup, doesn’t sting or burn my eyes AND it really does smooth out some of my fine lines, it introduces a lot of moisture into the skin. It’s expensive but worth the price.

Technically I’ve only tried two – they were samples of Lancome ones I got, and I figured I might try them out! The one in the purple jar was too rich for me, but the Genifique one felt nice.
I’m still not totally sold on the idea that you need a separate moisturiser for your eye area – assuming you’re not using something steroidal/medicated (for other specific concerns), shouldn’t a moisturiser be gentle enough to use anywhere?
I really like Replenix eye cream; Kinerase Advanced Eye Cream; and Pai Echium and Argan Eye Cream. They’re all relatively gentle on sensitive skin and eyes like mine.

I’m too young for serious anti age creams, but I use Etude House Eye’s Cream which comes in a stick form to moisturize. There are 2 versions and I have a cooling mint one. It has SPF 30 which is really great for sun protection and removes the problem when skin around eyes get tanned o.o I use spf on my face all the time and dreamed of eyeshadow primer with some spf (hello? manufacturers?) until I found this.
A bite or sting from eye cream can sometimes mean you’re dehydrated around the eye area (which is very common). If it dosn’t tingle after a few days of use, then that was probably the cuprit.
I’m not sure that anyone could stand a biting or stinging cream for few days xD
For daytime, I use a Clarins eye cream with SPF – I believe there is no better “anti-aging” ingredient than sunscreen and the eyes are often overlooked. For night, I use the one from Origins with mimosa or a great serum (that is much more like an eye cream) from Jouviance (Canadian company). I used to use Clarins’s Super Restorative eye cream at night but the price wasn’t justified by the “results” and the annoying pump which allowed product to dry up inside the tube; they’ve re-designed the pump, finally, so I may break down and buy it again….
Have you guys ever reviewed any Arbonne products ? Highly regarded Swiss formulated products (at around a third of the cost of La Prairie and La Mer). Free of harmful chemicals and amazing proven anti – aging results
Arbonne is AMAZING stuff. I used it for a year until I ran out of anything. I’ve been using a combination of dermalogica and first aid beauty since then, and they’re okay, but not like the Arbonne was.
Any cream with “Anti-Aging” on it makes my eyes feel weird and watery if I apply it too close to my eyes. Currently, I am using the Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream. Apparently, it has “Scientifically shown to stimulate synthesis of collagen production in human skin cells by up to 82%”. I apply it all over and around my lids and my eyes feels great. They don’t feel irritated or watery.

I’ve probably tried 50-60 eye creams! Only ONE doesn’t bother my eyes. It’s Philosophy Hope in a Tube.
I have sensitive eyes too, but my skin is very dry and I’m almost 40, which makes a good anti-aging eye cream a must. I’ve tried so many, and the best for me is the One Love Organics Vitamin E Eye Balm. This stuff is so amazing! Gives me baby soft and smoother skin under my eyes.

I’ve tried many, many eye creams. The one that is currently working is Philosophy’s Miracle Worker retinoid eye repair. I use it only at night and follow up with a rich moisturizer (Nivea Soft). This combo really is helping with wrinkles, sagging and dark circles.
Algenist Complete Eye Balm… it’s the best I’ve tried and is safe for the ENTIRE eye area and treats numerous eye concerns from dryness to puffiness to dark circles!
Clarins Eye Balm when I was younger. Now, only Sisley works for me…I have tried so many others…La Mer, Dior, other Clarins.
Have yet to find one that (a) works and (b) doesn’t cause me to break out.
Probably will take at least a 6 month break before even thinking about trying another.

I have a question, I am 32 and and do not have eye wrinkles yet, however, it is a concern for every Women and I would like to know if I can start using now any anti aging cream and if so wich one do you recomend at this stage?
Hello, I started using eye creams at your age. I would use a light moisturizer/balm such as Bobbi Brown Balm or Clinique all about eyes. The advice I wish I would have had at your age is using sunscreen and sunglasses everyday!
Retinol is your best anti-aging weapon. Start now and you’ll stave off wrinkles for a good long while. For an eye cream specifically, try Replenix. I also like and use Future Derm’s retinol cream for face including orbital eye area (but not on lid). (I have no affiliation with either.)
Good idea, Neenaj! Didn’t think of retinol, but again, sunscreen! Retinol can make your skin sensitive to the sun. If you have never used retinol, a mild form of retin-a, you might want to try every other day at first. And start now, before you are out in the sun more in summer.
Dior Hydra Life Pro-Youth Sorbet Eye Creme, I love it, it is soft and rich at the same time. I use only by night and I’ve been loving it.
This is a great topic for me, because I am in the market for a new eye cream. I have tried so many and for the longest time I swore by the LUSH eye cream, but now I have grown to dislike it. I used to be an eye cream junkie – but that being said, I still have never found one that I love.

I refuse to spend the ridiculous price on some of these “high-end” eye creams. According to my dermatologist, the only product that has a true effect on wrinkles is Retinol. There may be other creams that have richer and more expensive components, but most of them do not penetrate the skin enough to cause a marked difference. She suggested I use RoC Retinol eye cream which I purchase at Walgreen’s and I am quite happy with the results.
