Make Up For Ever Launches HD Elixir

Make Up For Ever Launches HD Elixir

Dry, flaky skin is never attractive, but when magnified in high definition format, it becomes unacceptable and makes applying make up a challenge. Make up artists must combat skin dehydration on actors immediately before applying foundation to create a flawless complexion that is worthy of cameras that see 6x what the human eye sees. With no time to wait for results from moisturizers that may take several days to reverse dryness, the artists turned to Dany Sanz, Creator and Artistic Director of MAKE UP FOR EVER, for a solution.

Created specifically to instantly boost skin’s moisture to create a perfectly smooth palette for HD Complexion make up, HD Elixir is a unique hybrid serum that is part skincare and part make up. Clinical tests proved that HD Elixir boosted skin’s moisture a whopping 520% after 15 minutes and continued to hold in moisture at 490% after 30 minutes and 430% after one hour. In addition to the instant surge of moisture, HD Elixir also restores skin’s radiance and erases signs of fatigue, actually firming and giving skin a smooth and soft texture.

To use: Using the push button dropper, squeeze one pump into fingers and apply all over face or solely to very dry areas before HD Microperfecting Primer and HD Invisible Cover Foundation. Wait until serum has been fully absorbed by skin before applying next product.

Available at exclusively at Sephora beginning June 12th. Retail price is $38.00. You can learn more at hd-generation.com.

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

My sephora store is clueless everytime I go there! Where do they train these girls. I went in today to ask about Mufe new product. Most assoc had no clue, then someone comes up with…”it is a new Hd concealer”
Anyways, I love their Hd foundation and powder. I haven’t tried their primer (not sure what brand to go with for that?)
Would like to see this too!
