Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

Mac Fashion Sets. I received Heroine (the es) and Embrace me (the lg) as samples so I did a look with it. I was a bit unsure on how to combine a pale blue and a bright pink in one look without ending up looking like Barbie herself ^^. Can’t wait to see Temperature Rising on you, especially that one pretty quad! Are you going to compare it to Mac Club? I’ve been dying to find out! ^^

Well a group asked the class to dress in blue to support their presentation on Thursday, so I went reallllyyyy over the top with blue on my eyes, lol. It looked great though!

Lisa Eldridge’s take on Brigitte Bardot. I just love winged eye liner and with Lorac’s liquid liner, it’s so easy! I just love that look.

Not very exciting, but I love taupe..LOVE taupe which usually reads purpley on me and brings out my green hazel eyes. So it’s not surprising that lately I’ve been hooked and inspired by my Maybelline color tattoo in Tough as Taupe. This partnered with Bobbi Brown Slate.. is my match made in heaven. I could wear this combo everyday and be happy… for now anyway.

My turquoise Guerlain kohl loose powder – I lined my waterlines with it, then added some subtle grey-taupe shadow, blush, bronzer, and neutral lipstick, because I wanted my eyes to stand out!

Carmen Carrera! She looks so beautiful when she does her makeup, and i just had to recreate her neutral, nude face with really heavy smokey eyes.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I’m viewing this post in Chrome and there is a huge gap between your header and your text/photo. There has always been a bit of an open gap between the two before but now the gap is like three times wider. Just thought I’d let you know.

I’m sure you’re still working out the kinks with your new layout, but in case you weren’t aware the formatting of the site becomes kind of wonky when you click on a tag and the search function doesn’t seem to work. If you already knew about these issues feel free to ignore!

I mean between the top of the post “What inspired your last makeup look” and your answer and photo of yourself.

Unless Chrome has an ad blocker built in that’s the only way I would have ad blocking, I haven’t personally installed any ad blockers. Maybe that’s what’s going on though since I see your weekly features without a gap when I view them from my phone.

Hmm, if possible, could you send a screen shot (to christine[at]temptalia.com)? There’s definitely space, but it’s less than an inch (on my monitor/resolution) – and it sounds like what you’re seeing is huge! There’s no ad in that space! I looked at it in my phone, and the spacing looks to be in proportion to what I see in Chrome on my desktop.

Thank you!

I got the UD Fun Palette and so I did a sellout-stray dog-Maui wowie color combo, I also used bewitch I think from the Theodora Palette in the crease.

My wedding shoes! They’re gold with an almost brocade type look with pastel blue, green and pink.

It’s fun to find things that I love and transcribe the concept into makeup.

It’s usually my nails, the first random product/palette I pull out, or whatever is newest. This week, I’ve been playing with the new Kat von D True Romance Ladybird palette, and combining the mattes with the previous palettes.

Gold, glitter, and glamor! I did an eyeshadow gradient of pale to deep gold from my inner to my outer eyelids, further deepened with champagne and chocolate browns. Very decadent. Used my Shu Uemura Stretch Xtreme mascara too – plush and long lashes in an instant!
