Hi christine! Do you think these are worth the money? Or is it better spent buying 5 mac shadows 🙂 love your site! Thank you!

I’m always a little confused when using these palettes. It’s sometimes so hard to figure out which colour is for what. Sometimes the colours are really realy sheer, but other times they’re really realllllllyyy gorgeous.

The palette looks pretty, but it’s blues! If they make one (and maybe they do, I don’t really follow Dior) in browns/taupes/plums, I’d be all over it… don’t wear blue enough for the splurge. On the other hand it’s really a gorgeous palette ;P Also, mini rant, I wish they would either give slight better mini-brushes or get rid of the mini-brushes since they’re absolutely horrible to work with :S

There gonna be 5 designs: amber, nude pink, green, navy and smokey. I have to lay hands on the navy!!

Christine: just wondering, have you tried dior nude foundation? I’ve just tried out a sample today and I think it is amazing for summer…

This looks like the Japanese palettes that I buy, except the Japanese ones are cheaper, even with shipping… Still, I want to check these out in person, since the shadow amounts might be higher, and the pigment might be stronger (you never know until you try).

Looks interesting. I love my Dior quints and this one is a good twist on the traditional formula. Would love to see the other colours too.

i tried this palette at our update session and let me tell you the eyeshadows have an amazingly creamy texture. and i’m talking about the ones that are supposed to be powders!!! my trainer said that when one of the palettes had an ‘accident’ and it broke, she merely squished the powder back into place and it was as good as new! the colour payoff is nice, and the variety of textures make them really fun to play with (i prefer the variety that i don’t get from the iridescent series…)! i can’t wait to start working with them!!
