i have tons of purchases that i love to death both drugstore and high end and of course lots of mac but ironically the most recently LOVED product has been a drugstore buy. L’oreals Double Extend beauty tubes tech make my eyes look wider open and goes on easy enough for someone who gets up at 430 am to go to work. I work on an ambulance so i sweat alot and nap whenever i can in between calls and this mascara doesnt smudge and its so easy to remove. just soak your lashed with a tissue in warm water and wipe it off, no transfer to your lower lids and it comes off so easily. but when i wake up that early and work such long shifts i need that extra boost of mascara so i dont look dead and asleep while working. of course on my off days i wear dior blackout waterproof for amazing length volume and stayability. ive cried and then gone swimming with this on (all at my sisters wedding) and it didnt budge until i used a makeup remover to take it off. between the two i dont need any other mascara ever! who would have thought i found two HG mascaras.
I bought CORALISTA blush by Benefit and i LOVE it!!! the color is soo pretty…i have similar kind of color, but this has exact lovely amount of sheen, smoothness…as if it was designed by me for me…:)

Eve Pearl HD dual Foundation!!! I discovered thru Christines recommendation(thanks Christine!!!), and it is honestly the best foundation I have ever used! And I thought it was aggravate my already sensitive, acne, oily skin, but it is actually IMPROVING it!! I love the two color technique, and am so excited that my makeup is making my skin look and feel great!
Wet n Wild’s new Speed Glosses!! I love these, they are non sticky, last a long time, pigmented, and taste like mint! They remind me of the CO Bigelow ones from B&BW!
MAC Cremesheen glass in Petite Indulgence. It looks so bright in the tube, but it is really sheer and more natural looking than you would expect. It helps brighten up my whole face!

before that my fave go-to blush was NARS dolce vita. ive used dolce vita like…once since i’ve gotten love thing. that blush is absolutely GORGEOUS.

Amazingly enough, it’s those Victoria’s Secret lipglosses in the squeeze tube. They taste and smell absolutely delicious [well, most of them] and I find they last on me for a long time. Very easy to carry around as well.
Lancome Ageless Minerale mineral powder set. I’m not sure if I still buy in to the whole mineral powder thing anymore seeing as they all seem to have the same “bad” minerals in them (mica, bismuth oxychloride etc) but the fact still remains that nothing looks as natural on my face as a mineral powder foundation.
I’ve switched from BM to Lancome and love how non shiny my face is, and the brush is SO soft

I absolutely love HK lipglass in Sweet Strawberry. It is such a great color for me, plus the packaging is so cute! It was my only HK purchase, and I’m so glad I did.
It’s MAC’s Slimshine in “scant”. Normally i don’t like wearing lip stuff that much because it always needs to be checked, reapplied, and weirdly always makes my lips look smaller. It’s a hassle. But this! It’s like a lip balm, which gives just a hint of color, which is the perfect shade…maybe one shade darker than my natural lips, but the exact same tone.. and it’s perfect!
The best product isn’t necessarily the gimmick, but it’s about what’s the right tone for your skin and overall appearance, and what’s comfortable to wear.
I absolutely love Mac Lollipop Lovin lipstick, too. It’s the first time that I actually bought a backup!
It’s actually a d/s item: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Double Face Perfector. I love it! I don’t use foundation or even a TM. I apply the concealer side under my eyes and the highlighter around my lips, on my chin, bridge of nose and forehead. It lasts throughout the day w/o creasing and is very easy to blend. Totally HG status!
I just stopped at Sephora yesterday for a quick exchange, & took a few minutes to look around. I was on the phone w/ my mom and kind of blindly browsing when I happened upon it: B.E. Buxom Lip Polish in Jessica. It’s a beautiful peachy-nude with pink iridescence. I almost squealed out loud! Haha.

I’m really lovin Lancome’s Color Fever lipstick in Pink Attitude. It’s such a gorgous pink and gives a lovely amount of shimmer as well.
I’m also really diggin Chanel glossimers in Pin-Up, Constellation, and Gold Shine.
As for MAC, last weekend I used Sweet William Blushcreme on my cheeks with Astral Rays Glimmershimmer to highlight. Sweet William is absolutely stunning on my cheeks lol!

MAC Dipdown Fluidline. It doesn’t come off of my oily eyelids even without primer. Also love the StudioSculpt foundation because a little bit gives good coverage even without concealer.
Tarte mascara! I know people have bagged on this mascara but it looks great on my lashes and the first time I wore it, my hubby said “wow, I never noticed what long lashes you have!”.
Well the last product i bougth was last night – and it was one of the mac new shadesticks – Butternutty… Oh man… i love that lil thing.., goes on so smooth, looks really natural with a slight shimmer, perfect for a day makeup!!!

I absolutely bought Givenchy Phenomon’ Eyes Mascara and LOVED IT! I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews (many said is smudged really easy and clumped) but it works wonders for my eyelashes!!!

i also decided to venture into foundation, i picked up a lancome hydra compact foundation and have fallen in love with the cooling sensation, the subtle, natural coverage over my uneven toned forehead, the candlelit glow it emits and that absolutely gorgeous fragrance!
i’m just not so crazy about the bland packaging.

Cover Girl Lash Blast, decided to give it a try after seeing it in a two pack for $10 ($5 each! great deal). Loved it as it doesn’t clump but sad that it doesn’t provide the volume that diorshow does.

Versatility: The Body Shop Sparkle & Shimmer Powder Puff in Sunset Peach. This is a GORGEOUS spring and summer color – peachy pink with gold and light lime shimmer! You can use it as an eyeshadow, mix it with lipgloss or sprinkle on the lips for glam shimmer, or use it as a blush for sparkling cheeks.
Staying power: Bath and Body Works Liplicious Sheer Lipgloss in Strawberry Daiquiri. This is a very sheer, VERY glossy pink. The texture is thick and sticky, but just enough to stay on for two to three hours – not enough to capture strands of hair.
Overall LOVE!: MAC Powerpoint Eyeliner in Engraved. This liner is VERY smooth, VERY black, well-blending, and long-lasting product. Love it! 🙂

Let me tell you that stuff is AMAZING! Covers up basically everything. I have oily skin so I don’t bot wearing concealer normally because I’m afraid it will crease or melt off bt this stuff doesn’t budge. Covers up anything beautifully! Also great for dark under eyes 🙂
Hmm…it’s a toss up, but it’d have to be one of the M Lab skincare products I’ve gotten recently. The anti-aging treatment serum is great and so is the toner. I also really like the eye cream and the day treatment. Virtually everything I’ve tried of theirs has been a winner.
And in terms of cosmetics, it’d have to be Aromaleigh’s Rosebud lipstick. It’s the PERFECT shade for me (just a little darker than my lips are naturally), feels wonderful and looks good even when it’s wearing off. I’ve had a ton of luck with AL’s lipsticks in general, though. I prefer them to MAC anyday, although MAC has some gorgeous colors that AL can’t compete with. 🙁
I usually love most of everything I own/buy but, lately, I just fell in love with the gorgeous MAC Sugarsweet shadestick in Red Velvet. It goes so well with Dear Cupcake e/s and Aquavert! The texture is much creamier on the newer shadesticks than on the older ones! Just also love YSL new L.E. palettes (eyes & face). I also just love Bubbles l/s! I think I’m gonna have to get a backup! Goes really well with Snowscene l/g from Chill collection.
Oh! Forgot the UD gel e/s! Christine you should try them and swatch them and make looks with them! I bought 2 at first and had to go back and bought 4 more colors!

Urban Decay Flash eyeshadow. It’s a vibrant, pigmented shade of royal purple. Very unique and striking.
MAC Studio Sculpt foundation! I know some people have problems with MAC foundations breaking them out, but I loveeee this foundation! it feels just great on my skin.
I have been buying so much makeup lately but one of the most recent things I got which suprised me as to how good it was (atleast for me) was the nyx megashine lipgloss in smokey look.
MAC eyeshadow in Satin taupe
I got the Mac 272 eyeshadow brush a while ago and I really, really love it. It’s like the 239 but with an angled edge and a little softer. I normally use it along with other brushes when I do my make-up but it’s an amazing brush which you can use for anything at all. It packs the colour on the lid really well, defines the crease really nicely as it’s got the angled edge, highlights and blends. It’s a great all-rounder which I think would be great for taking on holiday (rather than taking lots of different brushes the way I normally do).
Big Bow l/s from the Hello Kitty collection. It looked sooo bright but when I put it on its darker and not so pink. I love it.
A MAC mascara. When I got this, I was in a hurry and just told the MA I needed a new mascara but I wasn’t sure which one. So he picked one out and I never actually looked at which one it was. The box is long gone and its not on the mascara what one it is. I think its the Plush Lash, I’m not sure if thats what its called. Anyway, I love it, it makes my lashes thicker but isn’t all clumpy or weigh them down.
Its not the last thing I bought that I loved but out of my past months purchases I love this the most. Its a hemp lip protector from the Body Shop. It makes my lips so soft, I haven’t had one that has worked as well as this one. And it was only like $10 so its much cheaper than MAC products which I usually get.

Cover girl blush in Natural Shimmer…..I’ve tried the Nars Orgasm blush and it wasn’t that great, this one is so much more nicer and natural. Also MAC naked pigment, it so gorgeous and versatile….I use it for highlighting, mixing with my foundation, etc..I Love it 🙂

Love my Dior Bronze Harmonie de Blush in Rose Brazilia. Absolutely LOVE it. At first I was just buying it for the packaging but really…it looks wonderful on my fair skin.
I just bought the Estee lauder Sea and Sand palette after I saw your review and I am in loooove! This is my perfect go-to summer palette. I adore the mix of neutral-gold and bright teal shades, so fun and wearable. I also love the new Estee Laduer pure color gloss stick lipstick in Pop Pink for a fun pop of fuschia pink. I’m not a huge EL fan but these two knocked my socks off.
I am still loving the combo of MAC Fashion mews lipstick and Nice Kitty lipglass.
I worship the new Lancome Oscillation mascara–it makes my lashes the longest they’ve ever been with two freaking strokes. Wish it wasn’t so expensive though!
I also adore Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue because it puts me in a summery mood!

I purchased on Saturday 2 Chanel products. Le Blanc De Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base & Aqualumiere Gloss in Glass Quartz. The illuminating base feels very light and does what it’s supposed to do. The gloss stays put and I love the color. I want to purchase another gloss but I should not! 🙂
