We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

MAC Typographic, Copperplate, Concrete or Coquette – all from back in the day when MAC was good!
Whatever well-performing deep tone I have that goes with the colors I have used in the look I’ve put together! Ideally, it will be right there within the palette. If not, I already know which black, navy, deep plum, burgundy, browns, taupes, purples or greens exist within my stash and will just pull one of those in. This comes in very handy for a few all metallic or multichrome palettes that I currently own.
Happy Thanksgiving and Black Friday day to my American friends.
I don’t think I have a go-to color because I usually use whatever darker shade is in the palette that I am using and whether or not I am doing a cool toned look or a warm toned look. Recently I have been doing a lot more one and done type looks and so I do use a shade from a palette that I purchased from Flower Knows quite a while ago and it basically is just a neutral light brown that allows me to put a little definition above my socket, hooded eyes here, and on my lower lash line. It doesn’t even really show up as a shade. I actually use the whole palette quite a lot. There is a light brown/grey which is the shade I use, a slightly darker brown grey which I will very occasionally use for more depth, a matte cream shade and a shimmer cream shade. I can basically do my entire face with it if I chose to. Here is the palette for anyone who has not followed or known about Flower Knows. It is a bit kitchy looking but I have found the products themselves to be quite good. Oh, and I do still use MAC Omega quite a bit.

Makeup by Mario Master Mattes eye palette- so many great colors to use to deepen, and also an ivory for a brow bone highlight
I don’t have any. I just use a dark shade from the palette. If I’m not using a palette or it doesn’t have a darker shade, I’ll grab whatever’s handy and use the first appropriate shade.
Another great question. Whatever eye look I am planning, I graduate the shades/hues and the deepest/darket colour will be the one that will, hopefully, add depth to my hooded eyes.
Sometimes it is Temptalia’s Flying High (with Earthbound and Heart Dog)
For neutrals it can be a mid tone chocolate shimmer shade from the palette that I have chosen. Ember from ABH’s Sultry, Antique Bronze from Pixi Beauty’s Reflex Light are examples.
Sydney Grace Umbra, Dandy Lions Portobello & Ladies of the Wood.
I might not be understanding your question, but I guess I don’t have a specific shadow. I tend to wear neutrals so I use one of several dark browns. A favorite is by MUFE in the old formula. PMG has a really nice one too. Rarely would I use a dark grayish taupe. Something like UD Mushroom or Pistol, again, in the original formula.
For my cool and pale complexion, it’s shades of lilac that look natural on me. Smashbox’s Punked palette is perfect for me: it can go all the way from a soft, “unmadeup” look to a smokey eye.
If using singles, I usually go for Officer or Concrete Road from Sydney Grace or one of the deeper shades from Devinah Cosmetics Eternal Night or Viseart Cool Mattes 1 or 2. If using a palette, I’ll use a midtoned matte to start adding depth and either build that up or add a bit of the darkest matte, if it’s the same color family or black.
Natasha Deanna (ND) Bronze pallet Deep Dive (that I moved into the Glam palette).
